Okay, let me explain the thinking on Dwlee a little bit since you don't like me holding a little suspicion on you:

I'm gonna do this without maths, too, because while I understand the basic probabilities I can't vouch for my ability to correctly compound them.

In every statement, one prong is true, the other is random. So the truth (or falsity) of one does not actually impact the truth (or falsity) of the other (it's not a true "this is true OR this is true" -- one statement being true does not preclude the other statement's truth).

So, check 1 = Dwlee is guilty OR Clidd is innocent
Means EITHER Clidd is innocent and the mod rolled the dice on Dwlee's guilty, OR Dwlee is guilty and the mod rolled the dice on Clidd's innocent

And check 2 = Dwlee is innocent OR Clidd is innocent
Means EITHER Clidd is innocent and the mod rolled the dice on Dwlee's innocent, OR Dwlee is innocent and the mod rolled the dice on Clidd's innocent

Put those two statements together and Dwlee has clearly been on the dice-roll side of the equation at least once, since his result changed, so ... Clidd is confirmed innocent

If there's a clear on Dwlee given those parameters I need it explained to me.

That's why I'm not willing to rule out Dwlee as an elim
