An ISO is what it's called when you view one person's posts in 'isolation'
At the bottom, there's something that says "Display posts by user: ", just change that to the user you want to view and click go

ISO stands for In Search Of, but I actually like to think of it as ISOlation. It is when you only look at one person's posts (so you look at them in ISOlation). If you look at someone's post, at the top left right next to the post # you should see (ISO). This is a link. If you click on it, it will open up a thing where you can see only that person's posts.

So Taco asking you to ISO Ssbm a little bit ago means they were asking you to read through their ISO and give thoughts. Most people's ISOs are much easier to read than the whole game, for obvious reasons.
