DAMN!.... my truly abysmal record continues. I'm usually over competitive, so I have no idea why I like a game that I routinely lose. O well.

Well played to M4yhem, I think he played really well and that added to the fact that I've never seen a scum role with a non-aggressive ability that is used in thread... I had no clue. DBG I suspected, but skitzer more so.

In case people were wondering, I fakeclaimed that to see if I could draw scum out of the woodwork. Although I thought it was a pretty good one if I do say so myself.

But really, lying as protown is a terrible plan and you should be ashamed. The town spent the best part of two days trying to test your claim when you could have been scumhunting and it gave me an easy excuse to help kill a townie.

You were all ganging up on me anyway, I just wanted to try and get suspicion put elsewhere. I had the thought that if I claimed that, I would have outed any scum who completely took it at face value, or anyone who looked at it and thought it would be impossible.

Ah see, you nearly had a plan there, you just forgot to follow through. You'll notice DGB said your claim was unlikely and I took it at face value, but you never called either of us on it.

I got the wrong read off TDC, who I saw the biggest reaction from.

It never really crossed my mind that you could be a vanilla, so I thought testing your claim was the only reasonable solution to prevent scum-RBT from just coasting through while it would give town-RBT just a vig (though I guess I would've been the vigged..).

Also your claim really had this hole where you claimed to only block the final throw, but your initial claim didn't back that up all that good.

Yeah, I tried to make something that would fit the flavor, but yet stop the final blow from coming to me. It was moreso to get you guys to focus elsewhere.

Not sure if 5 scum was too much because the lynches the first couple days were really close to random, or just enough as the "lynch" to NK ratio was lower then normal.

Yeah...we might have had too many scum, looking back at it now.

I'm going to give the VIP award for best pro-town play to The Silent Speaker; day 1, he managed to figure out who two scum were just through tells, night 1 he confirmed as guilty one of them with his spudsmith ability, and then day 2 he almost immedeatly managed to kill that person he investigated (the scum godfather, it turned out) with the instant potatos; the instant potatoes that he only had because another scum, dripping goofball, was worried enough about him to try to kill him immedeatly. If he had survived a little longer, I think he might have led the town to victory.
