I'm happy to give unrequired opinions on people's accusations. And it's not like I'm a bystander, she suggested my lynch based on her tommy-buddy scenario.
and yes, I can appreciate the irony of seemingly sticking up for Tommy now. -.-UpcomingMiniTheme: Rainbow Six|Siege Mafia-

QFT. That's exactly what I think. No, I'm not assuming both are scum, fhq, but in the same breath, yes, it could be true for some stupid play by dumb scum.Bionic wrote:You are correct in saying Tommy would be the lynch over Tony if this situation convinces you at least 1 of them are scum.aim:gochat?roomname=ScumChat&Exchange=5

The grand list reasons why Darox initially placed his vote on Hannah Montana.
From the beginning, twilight of day 1.
Oman makes an obvious joke. Tony thinks this is suspicious and apparently deserving of an acronym. Now this could just be high spirits, but lets press on.TonyMontana wrote:IGMEOY, Oman...
In response to Rashiminos saying that since Lowell has been hammered he will wait until the next day to post all his suspicions.TonyMontana wrote:Are you trying to make yourself a Mafia target, or are you rather trying to misdirect a doc?
...
What the hell, Tony?
Where did this idea that not posting all your innermost thoughts and fancies before night falls makes you a prime mafia target come from?
What made you blurt out to the world that you thought Rashiminos thoughts were so important that stopping them would be a mafia priority?
To me this looks like a really bad attempt to frame Rashiminos for nothing more substantial than cotton candy.
Tony states he wasn't acronyming Oman for his Lyncher joke after all, and that there are mysterious alter motives for this. Oman is quick to ask what reasons he has for this vicious acronyming, but Tony refuses to even dignify him with a proper response. I think Tony was hoping for backup from anyone on this and when it failed to arrive he faltered then clammed up.TonyMontana wrote:I didn't IGMEOY you for your last comments.
"Guys, it was a good choice, honest! I'm not dumb guys, I know my choice was a smart one."TonyMontana wrote:Could it not just be that they wanted to get the miller out of the way rather sooner than later, and save power-role hunting for when they have a better shot?
No scum wants a miller in a endgame. And the chance that user could've been fakeclaiming to protect himself would be a bonus.
Starting the day by lamenting the loss for the town is a very old scumtell.FoS:Elias
I just thought of another reason to kill user. So the scum can be like "why on earth would they kill user?"
Seriously though, what compelled you tojustifythe scum night choice. You are throwing out a collection of reasons why the scum night choice was a good decision, and you mention that if he was a cop in disguise it would have been a bonus.
More of the above, justifying the scum's kill.TonyMontana wrote:And user narrowed a cops search for scum, as well as the towns (as long as user was believed) , so yet another reason for them to take him out of the equation.
Shortly after this I vote for Tony.
He then proceeds to extend his policy of stonewalling Oman to include my questions as well.-

Posting in response to the prod.
You're calling someone out for stonewalling?Ythill wrote:The former was being mildly evasive and now is simply annoyed with the nitpicking. The latter is the one who is stonewalling. Let's make this very simple...
I remember yesterday and option C.

Quick post before work.
@Rash: Stonewalling reasons for a vote is very different than refusing to state something that could hurt the town.
Thanks for (finally) answering, Darox. I don't agree that your case is strong or obvious, but I can believe that you think so. I will be watching you, in the meanwhile...

Press on indeed, since you are stating my intent falsely on purpose.Darox wrote:Oman makes an obvious joke. Tony thinks this is suspicious and apparently deserving of an acronym. Now this could just be high spirits, but lets press on.

Where did this idea that not posting all your innermost thoughts and fancies before night falls makes you a prime mafia target come from?
I was questioning why Rash felt the need to announce in twilight that he would "hold off on that post until day 2 starts so that I might work with or drop the connections info that I have." The promise of this post was EBWOP'ed with a call for a hammer.
I didn't get to answer him, because the thread was locked for night just after.Darox wrote:Tony states he wasn't acronyming Oman for his Lyncher joke after all, and that there are mysterious alter motives for this. And Oman called me on it today, and I explained myself. Maybe if you read the thread, you would stop picking up arguments i have already talked over with other people.
Your point being? That I wanna do public relations for the mob?Darox wrote:Seriously though, what compelled you tojustifythe scum night choice. Understanding nightkills helps figuring out who makes them.
And you still fail to explain what is scummy about "justifying" scumkills.Darox wrote:More of the above, justifying the scum's kill.
And not-so-shortly after this you manage to scrap together reasons for that vote.Darox wrote:Shortly after this I vote for Tony.
I didn't stonewall Oman, and I didn't stonewall you. Just because you ignore every answer I give (including those I have given to other people) doesn't mean I'm not answering you.Darox wrote:He then proceeds to extend his policy of stonewalling Oman to include my questions as well.

I managed to convince myself that Lowell was scum at that point and hoping the info I had collected would lead to a scumpartner should Lowell have been groupscum. Lowell's actual role made most of that info useless.TonyMontana wrote:Where? I think you just now made the idea up.

@ Tommy
For being hypocritical about another player's withholding of information when he did it yesterday. Different context (wifom on user's role, vote reasons), but the idea is generally the same.ShowCompleted Games:

Nothing specific. I was simply returning to you after Darox responded, since there was no need to pressure him further. I have seen some suspicious behavior from you recently, but I haven't had much time to consider it. I think I'll be doing a PbPA on you when I have a little more time to post.wolf wrote:Is there anything new to warrent this vote on myself?
Can you explain why scum would be more likley than town to be "hypocritical" in this way? I think you're grasping at straws.Rash wrote:For being hypocritical about another player's withholding of information when he did it yesterday.
Sure, and hemlock is generally the same as ginseng, but try telling that to Socrates.Rash wrote:Different context (wifom on user's role, vote reasons), but the idea is generally the same.Record:Town 10W/15LScum 4W/1LOther 2W/2LNewbie 1L
