Yeah if you're scum with Norwee then you're probably hoping he won't be eliminated, but in future if he is you will look good for sheeping me here. It's basically insurance on your part, if you're both scum

Well, I happen to dislike it when people go "I townread X but they haven't done anything towny lately so that townread is disappearing", but there are situations where it's justified. I wanted to hear if there was something specific about Suji's absence made Norwee weaken the read, or if it was just the read getting stale in general (which I would object to).

And he didn't answer the question, which can make it look like it wasn't going anywhere. Norwee, since it's been brought back up, you want to answer it now?

Well, the main proper application of that read in my mind is if everyone else has done towny/productive things, so that rather than the read actually decaying, it's just the average shifting upward.
