we haven't seen Nacho since the last time he was in the thread. The only reason we saw Lexi last night is because Alisae prodded her to look at Mistyx and consider shooting her. Last night was the first time she has posted all game.

That slot has not posted enough, or interacted with other players enough, to be locktown. And she just seems awfully agreeable, and well, to be honest it makes me awfully suspicious!

honest, I have to say the same can be said about you. You used to very anti-town and you were someone I always had to work around, not anyone I have ever been able to work WITH and while I am really loving the change on a personal level, it honestly makes me a little suspicious of you.

As Mathblade pointed out, we are in an extended twilight until the next auction phase. It is a built in game mechanic and it will always be this way. I presume to give enough for the governor to submit an action.

we are bidding on everything. some actions we are prioritizing over others. for instance we bid on the vig - but not a lot, because we knew most people would. so what we have been doing is going for roles that other players might not prioritize, like neigborizer, double voter, etc. But we have been bidding on all of the items, just to keep them out of scum's hands.

You probably shouldn't be paying more than what you think the item is worth.
I spent 200K on a bomb because at the time it was worth that much to me but I don't think the bonus vote is worth 100K

I got my bonus vote for like, 1 or 2k. I forget which but it was still cheap.
If you can get things for cheap thats good, but if you pay for what you think an item is worth and you don't get it, you know that someone bid higher than you.

Now, if you're a villager and you're okay with me doing this, you shouldn't bid.
If you're a villager and you're not okay with me doing this, you could say so or you could also just bid more than me.
Scum has to respect that I could in fact just be honest and bid 100, trying to spend the least amount of money as possible. If they want to outbid me, they can bid more but the amount I'm actually bidding is wine. They know I'm bidding on it but they don't know how much I am actually bidding on it and therefore they don't know how much they need to outbid me by. It could be something as simple as 101, or it could be a significantly larger number. Either way, this could end up leading them to make bad decisions. They could bid significantly more than what I put down, resulting that being a major loss for them because they tried to outbid me. They could bid low and then not get the item because I bid more than what I said I was bidding. They could bid low and win because they bid on the item the amount they valued it at while also outbidding me in the process. They could not care about me wanting the items and just do nothing as I continue to bid more than what I am actually saying I'm bidding, resulting in me losing money for powers that I don't need.

i don't like the implication that this is i wasn't as good of a human because i don't like working with the town. I have and will always fight against mob mentality and thats how i have always seen my anti town playstyle. the mob mentality fucks with town and makes them make bad decisions.

also the reason i think ive been so widely townread was because the standards for pro town behavior in this game is so low that even i met the threshold for being townie because no one wanted to do anything for the longest time and i was pushing to get more involvement.

not to throw paranoia on this game but the longer LLD/Nacho are gone the more i worry about LLD shot a teammate to ride out towncred to endgame.
