Yes, my mind is super-sensitive to Day 2 bus'ing.

I have a new lover!

Also, not getting the slip argument.

TS posted about RR and OF's lack of voting.
I pointed out that OF was in fact needing replacement which interfered with her idea, but the same couldn't be said for RR.

Does anyone remember a post Adel made a while back about those tiny slips that give scum away? Yeah? See this.
I think KoC is saying that the fact that Darox feels he needs to clarify that he can't account for RR's votes is the slip?

KoC is saying that Darox and RR are probably mafia partners because that's the only way a person could think they could account for somebody else's actions who isn't their lover.

His quote is being taken way out of context though. His former lover, OF, was being attacked along with RR. He said OF has been absent for some time and is being replaced, then he said that he can't account for RR's actions.

I read this as "Well I don't know about RR, but OF hasn't been around..."

To call it a slip is a little bit of a stretch.

I guess neko has it right, but acounting for RR's voting habits happens to be quite easy in this case - I was gone for a week and then voted Harvey, a few posts above the one where Toaster attacks me for not voting. Wouldn't it be easier for Darox to just mention this if we were scumpartners?
Toaster wrote:What does this sentence mean?

"since there's another scum team you can be suspected as part of"
Scumteams use busing because it makes the buser look innocent, since it's unlikely he'd attack a scumpartner. Here, however, we have two scumteams rather than one, so busing does a lot less to clear you - a werewolf who bused a buddy could still be easily suspected as part of the mafia, and vice versa. The gain is thus too small to make it a wise move here.

I can't believe how fast wagons form and are followed in this game. Really people, do you have any conviction at all about where you put your vote?

People need to stop following Adel's opinion on everything - that much pull in the hands of one player is dangerous.

TS replaced in a looked at the game with fresh eyes, and saw something I missed. Now we are both voting for RR, with conviction.

(appeal to experience as authority: between us (and out alts) TS and I have made over 10k game posts on this site. With the exception of Battle Mage and armlx, does anyone else have over a thousand?)

Adel seems to be the principal force behind most of our hammers - Adel joins the wagon, then two or three votes finish it or put it beyond doubt.
By opinion, I mean vote. People seem to think a wagon with the Adel seal of approval must be good.

While Adel has had a ton of influence in the past, in this instance I so far just see Adel agreeing with lover on a far fetched theory. The rest of the town has yet to follow, and I'll be very disappointed if they will. The "TS and I have over 10k posts" argument is complete and utter bs, by the way.

(Out of curiousity, Adel, who's your alt?)

It's not an argument at all. But I have played enough games to know how scum behaves. And I know that the werevolves were bus'ing - because scum teams do way more bus'ing than they do defending. Way more. And always out of the clear blue sky. That's what the werewolves have done, they have bus'ed their own.

Far fetched, you say? After a few hundred games under your belt, you might think differently.

That's why I believe that RR and lover are werevolves. They were bus'ing - thinking they'd get a free ride to endgame.

BTW Adel's alts are Adel and Oman. Everyone knows that.

No, really. This isn't the time for joking around now buddy. Does anyone have anything relevant to add before we string him up?

Okay, seriously, either provide some decent evidence for this vendetta, or shut up. We're town, I don't know what you are, but you're doing yourself no favours by attacking a pair of townies so relentlessly.
Ooh, i'm quaking in my boots. Simply put, in case you genuinely havent been reading, i'm pretty damn sure you are scum. If you arent, ill happily take the repercussions. But if you really want me to take you seriously, either respond to the points ive made, or shut up and let the grown-ups talk.

Bus'ing is the intentional pushing for, or even leading, your buddies' lynch. A werewolf can't bus' a mafiate or vice-versa.

BM, RagingRabbit is scum who hates to see confirmed townies and needs to instill doubt about their alignment.

Here's a question for Raging Rabbit -or- his lover.

NO ONE ELSE ANSWER!!!

We've already killed werewolves. Today, should we go after werewolves or mafia?
