Vote Count 16

Korts
- (3) {StrangerCoug, roflcopter, forbiddanlight}

Not Voting: {Korts, strife220, orangepenguin, Iron Man, ting =), silence, The Fonz, Battle Mage}.

With 11 alive it's 6 to lynch.

Toaster Strudel replaces Iron Man and skitzer replaces roflcopter effective immediately.
Currently busy 7 days a week. Will post regularly though.

Back from L/A
I did a quick reread on Fonz and IAUN. I completely disagree with his 'GS was clearly distancing' stance, but I don't think his stance is really a scumtell here.
IAUN I reread for trying to find connections, and I saw lots of Korts voting there that didn't seem much like bussing to me. Maybe 'scum was voting him' isn't a great reason to give him townie points, but that's the vibe I got.

Vote definitely needs to go somewhere, so I'm going to
Vote: BM
. I think his case against Armix for allowing Muerrto to respond was contrived. His predecessor, Jordan, had suspicion quite wildly all over the place D1 as well.

Just a quick note here- my access isn't going to be limited per se, but will likely be condensed into a one-hour window every day from hereonin. Should be able to post in most games, just don't expect instant replies all the time.

Hi I'm replacing. Will read.

Please carry on with lynching BM in the meantime.

Okay, I am gonna try and get back to playing an active role in this game. I have been busy, and I am tired of keep putting excuses out there. Just because I have limited time for whatever amount of games I am in doesn't mean I can't even post a line or two.

Toaster
, have you finished yet? It's a large game and so I don't expect you to be done until a few days, but since you're new, I look forward to seeing a fresher look, cause I don't really see why the only cases recently have been on supposed bussing that may or may not be true, which is why I haven't bothered in voting for either choices as of now. Neither cases are that strong (or else I haven't been paying too much attention, but I think the former is true), so..

I probably should do a re-read, but with my busy schedule and procrastination, I have been putting that off. Being September now doesn't really help though. =/

So you're only going to assess other's cases for choosing your vote? There's still lots of time left in the day and tons of people in the game... anybody should be able to come up with a at least half decent suspect.

I'm having serious problems with this sentence. Voting should indicate intent, or at the very least willingness to lynch.
No. I sometimes vote people just to see how they'll react. That doesn't mean I'd be willing to keep my vote on them all the way to a lynch. Just from this game, you can find instances of people pulling back their vote on someone because they're not willing to take it to a lynch.

Also, if you read my other stuff, my emphasis is on people
discussing.
That's all people were doing on IAM - there were hardly even people who were willing to take it to a vote.

I found iamusername voting GS because he failed to answer a question suspicious. It was on Page 7.

I haven't got that far yet (I'm stopping today at Page 8. I'm weak lol), but I know you aren't part of our mason group, and the only other claim I've seen is forbiddanlight claiming townie.

yep. Cause this was back when I thought claiming townie was kinda meaningless. Now I know better :).

It isn't? A townie claim doesn't change anything.

If done too early, it makes it easier for scum to look for power roles.

This. Basically I appreciate the importance more. Where I played before it kinda didn't seem to matter as much

Assuming town power roles don't lie. Do we really have to discuss this?

You were the one who said it doesn't change anything, and I was giving a counterexample.

(Kokusho's Gambit involves cop fakeclaiming tracker, but there is no tracker in this game, so we can safely assume they don't lie. That's for another time, though.)

If you are at L-1 or L-2 (to be fair I was at L-3)...you aren't gonna lie and claim vanilla. This is basically when you'd claim ANYWAY, so I think it's safe to say that I'm either scum or what I say I am. Also, if you claim vanilla and somehow get out of the lynch, later claiming a power role won't exactly cut ice :S.

There are power roles that, in usual circumstances, need not be claimed; bulletproof for instance. But you're mostly right. My point was, claiming townie wouldn't change anything insofar as that day's lynch and suspicions go. This reminds me to go look at your wagon, because the initial pressure was pretty fierce, but loosened considerably in reply to your claim, which shouldn't have drawn this reaction from the town.

It was actually the redirect to Vamp that did it. Kinda sucks I was wrong though :(. There's also the fact the only real anti town thing I did was reserve a place on the SC wagon. But feel free to relook at it.

I'm find it odd how GS posted two posts after fl's claim yet didn't care to comment on it...

Also I'm surprised I didn't chip into the same argument that went down between 1114 and 1122 just now.

Also, damn Vamp was scummy. Which justifies the sudden lack of pressure on fl. So that was the big analysis right now.
