It doesn't make sense to me though because vax was already likely to be limmed and flea was likely to be in the limpool as well. They sacrifice a better NK and their roleblock to lim someone who probably would've been limmed anyway. More likely vax is just scum and messed up.

How does he not get Flea’s notification (and don’t say mod error)?

A) DGB roleblocked and killed them. Where’s the point in this though
B) Vax is not in communication with other mafia (offline etc) and didn’t know if they should claim that or not.

If Vax is not PGO (which you doubted) then he’d need a way to prevent the visit if he’s ascetic which is where you fit in.

That’s assuming Vax is PGO in all worlds.

In (2), if Flea doesn't die, it's ostensibly because Vax lied and is not PGO.
