I'm inclined to believe there were like 6 inactives so I don't think all the maf are there. Usually means they don't plan on surviving a long time.
I also think maybe there is at least 1 maf on my wagon.

My semi moonlogic read is that there is at least 1 inactive mafia that an active scum is trying to protect by singling out another inactive slot. Maybe johny jostar pfp and beeboy?

I had small townpings from this. It feels like a weird approach for what would be a verynew hence likely weak (especially considering Keita's activity vs those they're attacking) scum to take.
