why would it be redacted if its something you can talk about?

also im inclined to believe the claim: why would scum claim bus driver? claiming cop potentially draws a CC. claiming backup is safe. claiming bus driver doesnt help even with a CC since the bus driver just gets replaced, but still runs the risk of getting CCd.

Alright so here’s the deal. I was thinking that if a Cop claims, and they’re not the real Cop. Don’t counterclaim them, as that would just bout the Cop. Instead, just lynch them or not depending on how scummy they are. The Cop is dead anyway no matter if they claim on L-1 or counterclaiming.

i dont think NM is a good idea. i havent talked to noraa about it but personally ill compromise if necessary but i think there are better options probably. personally i havent been convinced by shelly's posts, but not enough to outweigh NKA.

mm i think thats wrong. cant we just busdrive the cop so scum wont know who to shoot? im still a bit confused on the exact mechanics if both busdrivers target the same person so maybe scum can get a kill off because of activation order?

Mafia bus drive happens first, so they can almost 100% reliably yeet their intended kill target and someone else to make their kill reliable and thus kill the Cop whenever they are to claim.

For example, if yessiree was Cop and counterclaimed ProfMafia if they claimed cop. Mafia bus driver yeets one of their members with yessiree, attacks their member. Town bus driver literally has to yeet the Mafia with someone else to direct the kill away. If the Mafia choose their secondary target well enough they can reliably never have their kill interupted and thus counterclaiming the Cop is useless and actually worse off than either letting them live or just plain ignoring any possible Cop claim and lynch as if we're in a mountanous game.

The current Town Bus Driver is essentially just a functional IC with the chance to redirect a kill. That's literally just about what that role does and fake-claiming it is useless considering all the backups.
