Pressure votes can't occur, because the logic behind them is paradoxical. You can vote to put the pressure on, but people know you're voting to put the pressure on, either they will be lynched by scum (if they aren't) or they won't be lynched (if they are)--and don't feel the pressure. The more votes you pile on, the closer you are bringing them to lynch.

Not painting, I can't paint. I prefer to think of myself as drawing you as defensive, I like drawing more than painting.

This game is boring, someone needed to be interesting, and you all fail at that. (Except for you Armlx, you amuse me.)

Except if you don't say till after it is a pressure vote by demonstrating intent with actions. Then the vote legitimately scares people.

And usually people don't just lynch out of nowhere, so the part about being lynched off a "pressure" vote is dumb.

Were those pressure votes though? Seemed everyone was ready to lynch. Hell, most of you couldn't even wait for me to take a look at Geddingsworth and weigh in. That mildly pissed me off.

Which is why I am attacking those people, because their behavior is abnormal and EXTREMELY anti-town.

Sorry. I was getting bored and saw a question. I'll refrain from answering things directed to other people in the future.

Basically. Oh, and I would also not be ambivalent about wagons on players I consider protown. Obviously.

Pretty much, but a compelling case on certain players could convince me. I just don't think the EL case is good enough. If the game keeps dragging I might vote him anyway just based on meta (he's not acting like an idiot in this game).

What do you think is lacking in the EL or Snix case? We have had minimal discussion at best before today, so vote patterns are pretty key.

Mm, well, it's not based on much besides voting patterns for one. It could be a coincidence, too. Also, the Snix case is lamer because I don't think being followed as as good a tell as following; in order for it to apply to Snix both must be scum.

Well, if he only shows up when he's the center of town's attention, a FOS (that doesn't even matter towards a lynch or anything) might get his attention, and put some pressure on him. I still don't think he's scum, but if he's paying attention, and someone FOS, he'll be more likely to get involved, instead of waiting for the deadline. I don't know if he's active lurking or not though.

I'm not lurking. just haven't took the time to post anything because this game has slowed down extremely and has become quite ridiculous. Wizard, do you think it would be a good idea to put a deadline? This day is taking quite too long.

So im doing a reread and there 3 people that really seem suspiscious to me. Those being forbiddenlight, orange penguin, and Snix. In the first 6 pages all three of you seemed to have no care for your votes. constantly changing between people.

Forbiddenlight seemed quite rushed to get a quick lynch on Day 1.

"(4th doesn't bring him close to lynch, does it?) "

and upon the lynching of Joubert, who ended up being town, he proclaimed;
"So, that's the HAMMAH!"
Also, when the Night 1 fire kill didnt go through:
"Also, what happened to the fire kill? "
My geuss: he's fire mafia and was wondering what the heck happened to the kill they sent in that night.
"HAmmer is at 7 guys, not 6. "
once again, paying close attention to the votes needed to lynch someone.
"I don't plan to die. And on the offchance I do, I won't flip scum"
what makes you so sure you won't die? assuming you are town like you say then you actually have a good chance of dying seing as you can get lynched or killed by one of two mafias. now if you are one of those mafias, you wont vote for yourself and you cant get killed by the other mafia. Much better chances of surviving the night and it would make it the "offchance" that you could die as you say.

I know pretty much everyone has someone they think is suspiscious at this point for multiple reasons. The Snix, EL connection desserves attention as well as many other actions by various players. But there are still 4 Mafia out there.

Vote: Forbiddanlight
because I think he is one of them.
