Also, I would have played the first time around but I usually only check subscribed threads! No advertisements! For shame, I don't even have a chance to defend my title.

And . . . changing the black win condition was a big mistake. They now have the same chance to win as any other color by infiltration but have 0 chance to win by successful faction - which is the far easier way to win. LOL

I also agree that it looks like 22 was too many players. Maybe you could increase the player base but keep the number required to start a faction the same - I'm not sure there was a need to increase that.

B&B has just given me an idea!

When we get even one person confirmed as a color (in my example I will use my own color)

Example:

A - blue
B - black
C - blue
D - yellow
E - blue
F - blue
G - blue
H - red
I - blue

Given the above player list, six needed to win in a faction. Player C is a logically confirmed blue player and this is public knowledge.

Player C makes 12 blue factions. All blues (and those claiming blue) join all of them. Player C makes these arrangements:

CABDEF
CBDEFG
CDEFGH
CEFGHI
CFGHIA
CGHIAB
CHIABD
CIABDE

One or more of these factions will yield a point and from there logic can start to emerge.

I further submit for the town's speculation: In the shrodinger's cat universe, red has more liars (potentially) than blue (if the number of nullified factions with repeated player names is any indication), and yellow is looking pretty MIA. I think blue has the strongest potential to win this thing.
