THERE IS A MAJOR PROBLEM WITH THIS GAME,

There are 22 players in this game. Each single color faction requires six players to work. This doesn't make sense. THere would have to be at least 24 players and no blacks for any faction to ever be able to win.

you need to change the number to sanction a single color faction from 6 to 5

There is something wrong with this. You seem to have assumed that there are four non-black colors (4*6=24), when there are, in fact, 3 (3*6=18, with the remaining 4 players as

some combination

of red, blue, yellow or black).
