If you ignore that fact, at worst my ISO is NAI because i've been forced to be on the defensive almost all of day 1. Scum motivation is to protect one of my scum teammates, town motivation is to protect yourself and vote scum. I haven't really protected anyone except null slots, and protecting them on D1 is completely NAI.

Also consider the fact that this setup heavily desentivies scum hunting. So you've all already proved you're unlikely to be my teammates. That makes one of my possible teammates exactly Deimos/Nash. All null slots that haven't posted yet. This essentially proves that the chance i am scum is currently lower than 2/5 chance. Putting pressure on other players is important. I mean, when has a D1 lynch on a random slot that get's voted to E-1 easily, ever been super likely to actually be scum?

Why would self-defense not make sense? We're one lynch away from EYLO. I'm not the type of player to surrender just because i'm heavily scumread. I will fight teeth and claws to defend myself no matter my allignment. Saying it's scummy for me to defend myself is just plain wrong.
