No other wagons have been successfully formed in this entire day phase
Scum didn't need to, and in fact it's now very easy to assume that me and deb are the only two options. That's not the case, and I think we should be looking at why we're in this gamestate rather than accepting it, because it's likely scum accepted it about a week ago.
