In general any 'outside influence' is discouraged
But it should be okay if it’s public and doesn’t involve an ongoing game. Quotes from a sign up thread were used in SC 1 and you didn’t object, so why would you have a problem with it now?

You can quote completed games and any locked thread in general. Please do not quote unlocked topics where people can reply or threads that people don't have general access to (gtkas). Prolonged discussion of off topic material is also prohibited.

What if the unlocked topics are public? Why is that not okay?

I'm town [redacted] neighbour

I have a solar powered walkie talkie, so I can talk in the neighbourhood during day.

I also have 2 rounds of light ammo, Usable in any small or light firearm and 4 rounds of heavy weapons ammo usable in any assault weapon or automatic rifle.

@Future: A link to another game where she does this would be helpful, but I'm struggling to believe her being so confident on scum!FL, and a couple of other scumreads on page 7. And the spammy thing feels more flashy than something she sincerely feels is necessary.

Well theres a couple days left only and everyone on my wagon is basically tunneled on me exclusive of all else, other than Mena pointing at matsina a bit, which is similar to what he did in GnR3.
