Ok. No fishy things here. Im actually gathering a lot of information with that post and the coin pooilng. That was like the first thing I was going to tell you.
The second thing Ill tell you later.
Now,
1)I want to know why Alabaska is so worried to give me coins and
2)how beneficial for town would it be to know the quantity of coins everyone has, creating a way to control the buying of items.
Opinions?Call me Tajo.

I don't like this. Its practically a mass claim on coins, which I think will help the mafia more then us by far.if we get him a star he could hold everyone's extra coins over night and re distribute them the next day to keep scum from gaining coins from kills. only drawback is if there is some sort of scum coin stealing night ability. . .
Alabaska's distrust of a confirmed townie is odd. Add him to the list.Away Wednesday the 24th through the 31st-

sorry for being away for a while!
i'm liking the way pop is getting coins. however, i am NOT liking your choice of target.
gremwall seems to be an odd one. he says it's ok for pop to try and nightkill him, even though he knows that if he's town, then the nightkill will fail, wasting a star. If he's scum, he's practically giving himself up, which i don't see a scum doing. but his pro-town line of thinking, well... it isn't very pro-town.
it's a null-tell on his alignment, but if pop hits grem, and he's pro-town, then we've lost a nightkill.
if the aim of the game is to find out grem's alignment, then it would be easier to feather him, no?
or have i got completely the wrong end of of the stick?
p.s. if this star thing works, i fully endorse using it for pop, or another confirmed townie, tomorrow.Showi'm this good at mafia:
wins: none so far (on this site, anyway)
losses: open 72 (as a townie) :(-

The only thing I'm afraid of is that there is some hitch to pop's role or maybe the mushroom that we are not aware of. Seeing as he is confirmed town (I in no way think he is scum), I am quite befuddled as to what he can't say right now. I want to know that my coin will not go to waste because of some weird restriction or something. However, once pop says the second thing on his mind that he for some reason believes he cannot say, I will give him a coin if it is still needed.armlx wrote:Alabaska's distrust of a confirmed townie is odd. You've got a few things wrong here. The star protects popular from death you see, which a feather does not. That is why a star is preferable over a feather. So we are solely looking for Gremwell's alignment (and therefore TSN's alignment at the same time).mr. incrediball wrote:sorry for being away for a while!

I abandoned this place out of stress about 6 months ago. I let a lot of people down in doing so. I am starting afresh, I will not join more than 2 games at a time and I will definitely not be modding a game in the foreseeable future.-

EBWOP: Not necessarily TSN's alignment at the same time actually. If Gremwell is scum, we won't know about TSN. However, if Gremwell is town, we will.Apologies

the star like cream said is to keep pop alive so he can return the verdict and a feather is 5 coins (unless of course your not town) and a star is only 3 more. don't think of it as a night kill, more like a feather shroom combo, and if the feather flips scum then its a kill.
I don't see one thing about that is not pro town. for 8 community coins, and provided we are all alive tomorrow we would have 2 more 100% confirmed townies, and if I'm scum I'd be killed. it's probably the most town thing anyone can ever do. ever.in the name of Harman-

Dammit, I don't feel like doing a PBPA on farside at all. I just can't concentrate enough. And I'm scared by the sheer volume of this game. Ah well. It looks like we need to analyze Day 1 though, since today everyone seems to be thinking in night actions only.
I was sensing a connection between farside and rogue, to be frank, but I can't put my finger on it yet. I'll do some research, when I can make myself sit down and do the hard part. Ah well.scumchat never die-

May I suggest reading the posts in isolation? Cuts out a lot of the Gimbo.Korts wrote:Dammit, I don't feel like doing a PBPA on farside at all. I just can't concentrate enough. Mafia can take out people with a lot of coins, thus putting the down at a disadvantage. Conversely, they canpopulartajo wrote:

I see. Ive though in you guys giving me all your coins and redistributing in semi confirmed players but I doubt you'll agree with me.
How benefitial would it be for town to know who has no coins? Scum as a reduced group should have at least some coins, right?
My idea of coinclaiming would be that I can see Bowser having a lot of coins as he's the one who probably flowered me yesterday.Call me Tajo.

i'm not sure how confirming grem confirms TSN. where does it say the feathers are sanity guaranteed?
(it's a reach, i know. but if we're considering the possibility that gimbo is scum, then why not do the same for TSN?)
i understand the star idea now. unfortunately, now the scum know not to try n kill pop anyway >.<Showi'm this good at mafia:
