Let's start at the core though.
I would like the mechanics to mirror the 2nd game though? Mostly because that game is the most simplistic of the bunch.
We can change drafting rules to match this one.

So basically
- No Fruits. No Mason Doc. No Messages. All of that new shit fuck that noise. I just want a simple mafia game, nothing too fancy.
- You can still have masons, thats fine.
- I still want to be able to pick my team and design my scumteam's powers. The drafting rules can match this variant's drafting rules. I won't do anything too crazy, I want this to be fair.

Anything else I'm forgetting? I think there might be some details I'm forgetting

Because I felt you need to see a thing or two about how to lead a town. You made many of the same mistakes I did.

I give Pine his PRs, and then he and I separately assign all roles to their players. (Pine's only input on the scumteam was the fruit mechanic.)

You could tailor the draft to your game fairly easily though. Best variants would be Snakedraft (STTTTSSTTTTSS...), increasing patterns (STSTTSTTT...) Increasing Symetric (STTSSTTTTSSS...) or Backdraft (Mod drafts scumteam, Scumstump drafts town who can't be drafted by mod).

I strongly encourage not publicizing what method you use. I also strongly suggest a smaller pl.

Oh, fire asked why he wasn't the mod at some point. I'm pretty sure when I was approached he was ineligible to run another large game and thus couldn't mod, and so assume that was the reasoning.
