I don’t know what Jingle is on about. Here is the full text of the Gov fruit, minus the pic I’m too lazy to copy over:

1 Shot Governor Image - Twilight Activation: When the player activates this fruit the person being lynched is instead not lynched. This fruit spoils if there are ever 2 or fewer more town players than scum players living.
