Depends how strong scum is. Usually I don't see them going for the first grab at the baton and they'll probably just get enough town cred to get the baton passed to them. If it's deep wolf who's extremely experienced, they'll probably try to go for baton.

My town meta vs scum meta is painfully obvious and I will only support people who will become blatantly obvtown. Shoshin has basically the same meta style differences as me so she is really the only other one who I would support

I am not super familiar with either of those players or their meta. I will take your word for it, but by virtue of their hydra partners I am not sure I am willing to entertain that for the first day.
