I'll tell you who aren't likely to be traitors from my otaku point of view:

Mitsuha and Taki: they can't be fakes because otherwise they wouldn't be able to swap minds, and they are in a dire situation from the start

Light Yagami and Togami are way too egocentric and smart to be controlled by someone, although if this version of Light is the 2nd season light he might kill anyone or do anything to recover his book. We know Light hasn't forgotten about his shinigami because he was crying about hisnotebook at the beggining.

Mikan Tsumiki: Although my character has been a traitor in the anime brainwashed by Enoshima, I'm currently not a plot device of that kind,but you will that to trust me on that one.

What are the shapes and text?

The giant picture in the dining room is kind of different from any other pictures in the mansion. The image is showing a compass in the center but it has no hands. there is a circular arrow around the compass that is rotating it in a clockwise manner. The arrow starts from the top of the compass (if it was a watch right at the 12 o'clock point) and the arrow ends again there right before where it started making a full circle. There are also four colored dots on the image. Top right dot is blue, the bottom right dot is red, the top left dot is green and bottom left dot is yellow.
There is text below the photo, like a riddle, saying

Half is here, Half is there.
The broken pieces, They'll never meet again.

Investigate roses

The roses in the first line (closest to the mansion) are all really young as if they started to grow recently.
The roses in the second line are completely red and alive. One could say that they were in their prettiest state.
The roses in the third line are nearly dying. some of their leaves are already dropped.
The roses in the fourth line are already dead.
You can also see a weird stone in each line.

The master bed in the guest room is a classy expensive bed with a green sheet. Under the bed, you find a big wooden box with a mark suggesting the thing inside it might break but no other hints.

The hallway has 6 chandeliers that are similar to the ones in Parlor. The floor is covered with a red carpet.

In the center of the first line of roses (closest to the mansion) there a big metal stone that is fixed on the ground with a mark of a spartan warrior.
On top of the second line of roses, there is a big metal stone that is fixed on the ground with a mark of a wine glass.
In the bottom of the third line of roses, there is a big metal stone that is fixed on the ground with a mark of a horse.
In the center of the fourth line of roses, there is a big metal stone that is fixed on the ground with a mark of a gargoyle.
All stones look grey and have no specific color.

Open the wooden box

You try to open the box but no matter what it doesn't. The box doesn't have a keyhole or handle either.

check under the red carpet for stuff.

Worst case scenario I go back to the Parlor room, grab some statue rubble, come out here and start throwing it at the Chandeliers.

You can't separate the carpet from the floor as they're attached completely.

The bottle is empty right now. On the front, there is a label with a skeleton icon and a sign of Danger and behind of the bottle there is a label saying:
