Very powerful role. Assuming he's unrecruitable.

But it does make jailkeeper and plain roleblocker less likely. Especially the plain blocker.

But then again the blocking part of the body guard is kinda weird.

As I said, my role description is a roleblocker. My target can't be recruited or killed, and can't do anything if s/he has powers.

My role doesn't say anything explicitly about blocking OUTGOING actions, only that it prevents my target from being recruited or killed. Muerrto, however, seems to be implying that my power does both.

I don't see him target forgetting what his role does when he just put in a night choice a few days ago. I also can't see him targeting someone with a block because he thought they were pro-town. I don't think we can let him go through to tomorrow on the strength of this claim.

The "usual" Bodyguard is named that way because he risks his life to protect the target.
I don't really get why a strong role that protects from killing and from culting would be called that.
I could see Lowell really being a Bodyguard and hiding the bit where he dies or get culted instead of the person he was protecting.

Bodyguard != doc with benefits, but obv use it N0. No reason not to.

Armix, to clarify, Lowell did not claim the traditional "bodyguard" -- he claimed "doc + protect target from recruitment" with the role name of "bodyguard".

And actually, checking the wiki, bodyguard has rangedi n the past from "different name for a doc" to "super-doc who kills the attacker" to the martyr type that some people think of when they think "bodyguard".
