We're probably looking at a restart on a new world.

I managed to unload the chunks so it would stay up, but it crashed upon trying to go into your area.

Downloaded the server zip, it's dinner time, i'll look at uploading the new version later.
Update: Server is now on 1.0.20 version of the pack with a new world.
Getting rid of xev's stuff would have required deleting thousands of items.
The old world is still there if anyone wants a download.

The loot bag crash was a config problem. The config has been updated and will be picked up on next server restart.
The loot bag developer also needs to catch this type of thing, so he's planning to add checking in a future release.
