Role: You are the dark child.

Win Condition: You do win if I wake up before the morning of the Eight day.

Alignment: You not prevent me from waking.

Night move: Each night PM me the name of one other player. You will shadow that player and see everything they do and everything that someone does to them that night. They will not know that you are tracking and watching them, because you are the Dark Child.

Once the Night 1 deadline has expired, or I have received night moves from all players who have one, I will post an opening scene and open the game thread.

The Night 1 deadline is March 9th sometime after 0001 GMT.

More importantly - it strikes me as interesting that you are a watcher and a tracker, which is a very powerful role combination that most people council against and that Guardian is also a tracker. I know Guardian's role is true because I was informed of it by role PM when he did it.

but that doesnt appear to be the way it works.

If you targetting someone does make you die it's possible that you should do it tonight, believe it or not. Adel has clarified that there's no special mechanic we just have to kill all the scum. So the best thing might be process of elimination and most kills. Depends on what we find out or due today though. I dont relish you dying and suddenly being outnumbered by a cult of my own creation either. :p

Why am I saving my corrupt votes? Well, why should I use them if I don't have to? If we get into a standoff situation with mafia, our votes will still outnumber them. Big advantage to town.

Scum godfather? You can't be serious. First of all, I couldn't be a scum godfather, because when I was lynched I was listed as TOWN. You must mean a scum deathmiller, whatever the hell that is.

Even if such a role as a scum deathmiller existed, doesn't giving scum two extra votes ON TOP of his already powerful power seem extremely unbalanced to anyone?

As for why I am voting Guardian, two reasons. First one is the previously explained cult theory. Also, two trackers in the game seems awkward. Perhaps there's a scum tracker somewhere?

On a side note, I thought QF was supposed to be able to post even after death?

You know as well as I do that I am referring to players who are scum but upon being lynched come up as town. So this quote above just reads as completely disingenuous. I am in fact talking about a scum death anti-miller. Which makes total sense in this game where death does not mean death as it does in most normal mafia games. I hear from people that you are a smart player so you scoffing and playing the "whatever THAT is" game just looks fake. You know full well that in a game that's based on resurrection, having the godfather be someone who upon being lynched comes up town isn't just plausible, at this point in the game it is LIKELY. And such a role fits very well with your bloated autocrat flavor.

Now, are the two corrupt votes overpowered? Not really. They are *corrupt*. Your power doesnt say townie in any way. You need to announce in the thread your intention to use the votes to your advantage. If anything it may be meant to provide a hint to the town that you arent what you seem to be.

First of all, no I don't. Scum godfather and scum deathmiller thingy are completely different.

heard of such a role as a scum deathmiller thingy. I only know if it the other way around, and haven't even seen that in a game before. More flavor speculation... I hate flavor speculation. This is exactly what Guardian is saying to try to get you lynched. Anubis is scummy role, etc etc. Anyway, let's play your game. My role PM says that I am so corrupt I don't bother hiding it anymore, therefore I get my power. If I didn't try to hide my corruptness, how could I be a death miller?

And yes, two corrupt votes is extremely powerful in the hands of a death miller. This is also added on to the fact that vanilla mafias are already powerful. A mafia powerrole is tricky to balance as itself. Having a mafia with two powers is completely unheard of.

The role you think I have means that I can play through and get lynched once. Then come back to life as "town" and control the lynch another time using my corrupt votes. This gives me the capability of wasting a town's day lynch TWICE. All from the same player.

You say: My role name fits this role.
I say: My flavor doesn't.

You say: You are a scum deathmiller with corrupt votes.
I say: You are dumb. That's like trying to claim a Mafia-NK Immune Miller Vigilante with one free get-out-of-lynch pass. Minus the miller. It's just too powerful to try and balance in a serious game.

Now if you were accusing me of being a third-party serial killer, then my supposed way overpowered role would make more sense. But you aren't, so end of story.
