As I cannot discuss unflipped roles, this will be in regards to MoI's/Kokichi's Disloyal Mafia Fruit Vendor, and any conclusions you draw regarding similar roles will be your own.

For the role in question, a list of possible fruits was drawn up, and every time MoI/Kokichi vended, a die was rolled against that table. The target then received the indicated fruit.

I remind you that non-random details such as fruit-a-day or kill flavors associated with a specific killer/faction are established as non-Normal.
