Ahh, it feels good doing it.
Also, why would you confirm by PM?

Yes, I'm reaching.

Disagree. The most we could discern from that is that he is trying to push the day and getting impatient, which is already a stretch.Gaspode wrote: FOS: CoheedCambria. The "no tells" and "discussion" posts are both small tells in themselves.
We are supposed to know you can't post? -.-Gaspode wrote: FOS: marmalade and EvilGorrillaz. Random-voting someone who can't post doesn't do much good, in my opinion. And EvilGorrillaz seems quite bandwagon happy.
The mod edits the top post of every page so we can always have a semi-up-to-date vote count that can easily be located.Gaspode wrote: Also: why was the vote count included in populartajo's post? It caused me some major confusion
I agree that Evilgorrilaz is wagon happy and that could be dangerous for the town, but considering the situation, a bandwagon could be more helpful than not doing anything. Wagoning can be used for scumhunting or for scum. Right now, a bandwagon would help the town because it can make the scum give off hints that they are scum. If he tried to wagon on a real discussion, then that would be scummy. I'll keep an eye out for any more bandwagons after the random phase. - evilgorrilazWe are supposed to know you can't post? -.-FOS: marmalade and EvilGorrillaz. Also, how are we supposed to get discussion going if we don't apply any pressure?
I'm not sure I agree with your observation here; can you elaborate on your reasoning? (I do agree with the rest of your post, by the way.)Gaspode wrote:FOS: marmalade and EvilGorrillaz. Random-voting someone who can't post doesn't do much good
JEEP wrote a great article entitled "ScumTells" a few years ago, which is now on the wiki. If I remember right, according to his very extensive research, the first person to ask for "evidence" in a game is about 5 or 10% more likely to be scum or a cop. I considered the "no tells" post to be an extension of this, except that it probably doesn't say anything about copness, as it relates to in-thread "tells" and not "hard" evidence. I think there might be something in there about substance-less "we need discussion" posts too. Even if it doesn't, the "we haven't had discussion" post was pretty pointless, which occasionally can be considered a small tell.Evilgorrilaz wrote:Disagree. Yes, you were supposed to know I couldn't post--I mentioned on page one that I was going to be in Scotland with little or no access from Tuesday to Thursday.
I would advise not using an excuse of the type "I am not experienced, and therefore sorry for my mistake."CoheedCambria09 wrote:um this is my first game, i was just pointing out a few of my noob observations, i didnt know that by saying there havent been any tells, was a tell, srry if im confusing anyone
