In other news, I will not vote Pooky at any point in this game.

Scummiest posts to date, in order. If any of you actually scroll back to these I will be impressed as hell, otherwise this post is for the internet dustbin.

But Primate is stil scummy. After the whole Mr. Grey fiasco last game, I think maybe we should lynch them separately.

vote: Primate

fake edit: invalidated

post-fake edit: Sensfan, why specifically do you find MichaelStablepants so scummy?

@ Pooky: Do you have any reasoning for your suspicions and non-suspicions, especially those in Posts 118 and 125?

@ MBL:

Is this an absolute and non-retractable statement?

@ Gaspar:
Gaspar wrote:

Why do you consider the mod Mr Grey to be a lynch candidate?

@Vollkan:
Vollkan wrote:Pooky is such obvious scum that he is at 100%. Other players are at 50%.
Now that there is much more content, what are your player percentages?

Maybe I'm stating the obvious, but there's lots of weird stuff going on around Pooky. We have Vollkan in one corner claiming him as 100% scum and MBL in another saying he will under no circumstances vote for him. Is there a joke I'm missing here? I also smell a PR (or at least some intense characterization)

I'll repeat myself, I feel strongly that ANY lynch is better than No Lynch.

The fact that you don't understand the system is no excuse. The mod has linked to Dantes in Fresno, and in that game he made this post. If you didn't understand the system, you are supposed to find out how it works, rather then saying "I don't understand it, I'm not responsible!".

NN wrote: We have Vollkan in one corner claiming him as 100% scum
I random voted Pooky. Thus, I
jokingly
called him 100% scum. Same as "Vote: X. Obv scum. Die die die." etc.
MM wrote: Now that there is much more content, what are your player percentages?
Goes without saying that everyone who has not yet posted is at 50%.

BBMars - Minimal posting. 50%
FaerieLord - Minimal posting. 50%
Gaspar - Response to my list was
unique
, but I don't think it was scummy. He did chance his vote over to Xtoxm without explanation. It was just after the fatalism by Xtoxm, and I can't see why he would without trying to tease out Xtoxm's mind a bit more. 55%
Machiavellian-Mafia - Asking questions and he justified his vote for Xtoxm. His response to NN that "I was looking for a reason to bandwagon" is rather clumsy, since he justified it at the time with a specific purpose (testing Thesp's theory) 60%
MichelSableheart - Wordy. Nothing scummy yet. Made a good effort to explain the voting system. 50%
MrBuddyLee - Less wordy. His list of scummy posts is interesting, but I am not quite sure of its point. 50%
NabakovNabakov - He spotted the weird justification made by MM, and the anomaly in Sens' voting list. I'm not sure the Sens thing merits a vote, however, since it is not a necessarily scummy thing to do (eg. you can think two people are scum even if they are at each other's throats). 50%
Niv - His splelling is ungoodly. Other than that, reasonable response to Xtoxm. 50%
PookyTheMagicalBear - I have played with Pooky before. We are at odds when it comes to the giving of reasons, so his play here doesn't surprise me. Pooky, could you provide some sort of justification/explanation for your buy/sell/hold list? Tentatively, since I am paranoid about the reasoning-retentive, 50%.
Rogueben - Jumped on Sens pretty hard for having himself before NL, though that's somewhat understandable. He raised sens ignoring others, which is a better point. 50%
SensFan - Misses the other players who did not place No Lynch last. Doesn't justify why NL is worse than innocent. Doesn't justify his Xtoxm vote, but then goes on to call Xtoxm the "scummiest" 65%
Thesp - Comes down rather harshly upon Gaspar. His response was odd, but not really scummy, imo. 50%
Xtoxm - His pursuit of MBL for lurking was dreadful. He then makes an unsubstantiated empirical claim. He then goes fatalistic. Scummiest so far, but I am wary of a VI factor operating around Xtoxm. It doesn't acquit him, but it concerns me. 70%

Are you claiming that me putting myself before NL is a scum-tell? Do you think its more likely that it is an honest difference in strategy, or that I am trying to mislead the Town by voting myself before No Lynch?

If you notice, I had not even generated a list of votes yet, and had even posted that I did not understand the system. To assume that I was purposely choosing not to override the default assumption that I disagreed with, as opposed to not understand how the system worked, is ridiculous. As soon as it was explained to me, I posted my Condercet list, with No Lynch at the very bottom.

Third one - Since he posted the list, I thought I'd tell him before hand that I wouldn't follow it. Not all too much is it?

No I am not claiming that. Your decision to place yourself before is a valid theory position, but I think it is understandable if people are suspicious of it. I think it is most likely misguided, but honest.

What I consider scummy is:
1) Voting Xtoxm without explanation and then declaring him the "scummiest"
2) You ignoring other players who did the same thing regarding the NL

random stage
Voting a "missing person"
"Lurker" hunting
one post disscussing concordent
and giving up

Mabye if you tried doing sometyhing heplpful, like scumhunting (keeping in mind it's too early for lurkers) , that'd be dandy.
