V/LA update: I'll be fine (aka, at home) this weekend, but the next two work weeks will be bad. (Co-worker going on vacation, and I'm taking about 80% of his responsibilities = 70 hours of work crammed into 55 or so.)

Storms hit Jackson pretty hard on Friday around noon, and our house still doesn't have power. I ran up to work (where I'm posting this from) to get a warm shower and post here, but access may be very limited until I get power (and work promises to be very busy tomorrow). Thanks.
