Red is the road I'm going to construct all the way up to socio's SHOP. Going to fill up one sea passage (few blocks long and 1 deep) and build 2 bridges to allow seafaring.

A sign was put at 305, -381 by me because I think there's a dungeon below it. Didn't have the right tools with me to dig it out. If there is a dungeon, it's a zombie dungeon.

Started construction on one of my minecart stations. Location is at the "End of the World" sign close to the wooden suspension bridge and Rodent's tower.

My station is nearly finished. It only needs a (better) stopping mechanism and a few glass blocks for the roof.
It's located close to the wooden suspension bridge and serves as a hub to place around my continent. I'm thinking stuff like rodent's tower, Brandi's Island and my bay. All these places can connect to my station. It has a working destination picking mechanism. It just needs to be upgraded to support multiple locations and it also would need a cart loader I think.
The key thing that is missing is hundred+ meters of tracks. But I'm mining.

Socio,
when I got to your shop today, the walls were missing and there was a lot of stuff lying on the floor. I picked it all up and put it in a doublechest in my docks. Come collect your stuff whenever you want to.

There were dozens of dyes lying on the ground. If I hadn't picked them up they would have vanished. I don't think Socio would be so careless with his stuff.
And there has been a recent increase of creepered stuff that doesn't get fixed by the people being creepered. For example:
- road on my continent got creepered
- other roads
- socio's shop got creepered before

the thing is, why would anyone griefing have any real reason to leave them there
Because they don't care?
Check out Socio's shop. Most of it is still there, except the walls. It could be that it burned down. Do doors, fences and beds catch fire? Still doesn't explain how it caught fire or why the chests were broken.

Claus wrote:Shaking the thread up a bit - I´m 1/3 done with the hotel in Claus Town. Now when you visit, you won´t have to hunt for a place to sleep anymore. Also in the process I found a dozen of mini caves in the hills near my home, if anyone wants to explore them with me (not sure if any of them is deep or not), drop me a line when I´m online!
What are you guys doing/planning to do?
I was actually doing the same thing. A hotel on the other side of Lake Leek.

@Bella,
Nothing grave. A few wood blocks and two smooth stone slabs. Which I took from Chevre's place near my two bridges. If Chevre wants two (or more) slabs in return, follow the road to my Bay and take it from my warehouse.
I also finished my touristic excavation site. Pictures later when somebody turns on my pc D:

Fucking hell.
All my diamond has been stolen. All my gold. Half of my iron, half of my coal stacks. My buildings are submerged and missing walls, my hotel is gone. My wooden suspension bridge is burning as I'm typing.

Life in Eek Bay resumes its normal course after the attacks.
Only building that will stay is the hotel. And perhaps the tree farm as well, not too certain about that one though. All the others will be relocated or redesigned.
New project at the horizon in Eek Bay.
If anyone has a lot of seeds to spare: I can offer some iron or something else in return. (no gold or diamonds)

Developing new features like that is what I enjoy doing the most, so I ended up covering a lot of ground. There’s periodic downfall (snow in snowy areas, rain in others, nothing in deserts) that make the sky darker, hides the sun, moon and stars, and makes everything wet. Ice grows back in cold regions, and snowfall covers the ground when it’s snowing. During rain/snow, there can be occasional thunderstorms with lightning. I haven’t finished the actual lightning bolt yet, but everything else is fairly done.
Once the stats are done and the weather has been tested through, we’ll release 1.5. I’m guessing this will be next week. The piston mod might get added, but it will not be in time for 1.5.

Mute,
feel free to take a stack of coal from my storage room.
And I think that, with a minor turn somewhere, the tracks could end under your tower. Just provide coords where you want your terminal and I'll dig towards it.
And Claus and I found a skellie dungeon in a cave along the tracks towards my house. Exact coords of the spawner are:
x = 321
y = 50
z = -63
Feel free to turn it into a grinder/tourist attraction/whatever.

Yes.
However, I think there is no cart in my station at the moment. So you'll have to craft one yourself. If you're low on iron, check my storage room. (through the door on your right)

MME Great! Maybe we can make a bridge connecting both sides of that river? Also, I noticed your road also connects now to a bunkerlike structure with some birch trees on top, what is that?
Where is that bunker-like place in relation to spawn?
Head for the spider trap house and keep heading south, follow the torches and cross the water.

It needs some finishing but it's functional right now.
Finishing includes replacing dirt border with a nice one, furnishing bottom floor, fleshing out the basement.

Lighthouse is finished. In the mine under the lighthouse are some redstone ores, in case anyone wants them. There's also lava underneath it and a lot of natural obsidian.

lol, that's actually a rather accurate description.
Also, I fell into a cave last week and have been exploring it for 3-4 real life days since then. And I still haven't explored it to the fullest (used up 5-10 stacks of torches so far). I set up camp somewhere in the cave.
The cave is located near the tundra. Head west (I believe) until you find a white house/cabin near a bay (yeah, I seem to be drawn to those). Then, go to the water and find two pillars of gravel. That's the entrance in which I fell.
Or you could just, talk to me when I'm online to get the coords to the entrance.

1.6.2 is here
I'd advise you not to update just yet.
Bugs I encountered:
- I put 58 logs in the furnace. Re-enter the menu and I only see 1 log being burnt.
- After dying I picked up my stuff and every time I use a tool I had on me while dying, it instantly breaks. Tools crafted after death don't break after one use.

MME, have you started the tree challenge in the server yet?
I misinterpreted that furnace bug. Nothing disappears. You just get back everything you put in it, aside from 1 fuel and 1 item to be burned. You can put them back in though.
And yeah, that tool bug is related to dropping them, so best not to drop any tools unless you too want to lose your brand new, only used one time, diamond pickaxe.
And the tree challenge is underway. I'm rooted somewhere near the tundra station. Across the sea south of the observatory. You can't miss it.
