This post reads as a bit scummy to me. I didn't put any thought into which color I wrote, and it didn't even occur to me that it would matter. This feels like a stretch to out me as a Mafia, but at the same time distance yourself from the accusation by hiding it behind an open minded question.

I don't care to unvote, cuz I don't think we're gonna get a lynch for a while. If a townie gets lynched we're gonna need for that vengeful shot to not be a wild guess

I never said you were scum because I don't have a solid reason to think you're scum.
"Accuse me of being scum" "out me as mafia" are we really going to argue semantics here? It's easy to see my point that I'm making, and there's no reason to twist my words around.

Oh my god, I never even thought about that!
Like, seriously, this post looks super sarcastic, but I'm actually going to have to go back and reread this thread with this in mind...
He wanted to wait the day out longer so if Rubicon were to flip Vengeful Townie, he was definitely gonna venge kill his main suspect, right? If mocha is scum, he might be trying to keep away from the possibility that Rubicon has a lower chance of being scum, as he knows himself and his partner, so by probability, rubicon has a good chance of being a vengeful townie, thus ending Latte's streak.
Coffee, what is your reaction to this possibility?
PEdit: I meant espresso by those various coffee types, just in case you didn't catch on.
Well, that's some pretty good logic, but where you fall apart is the fact that I wasn't trying to get Rubic lynched in the first place. The only real scumread I have on him is the potential truth in post 78 from ZZZX

@Drew: Your reads list is full of a lot of nothing, why did you bother posting a full list?

@ZZZX What I was trying to say is this: The only hint of scum I'm getting from Rubicon so far is the same evidence you said yourself in post 78. I already felt that way, but you laid it out in your post for me. (I can try to clarify more of this or anything else if need be. Good on you for learning another language by the way)
In post 69, Mr_Ree wrote:That's why I said poorly executed. If you proclaim someone as scum, normally you drop the vote right away, not as an afterthought. After all, they're scum right? Vote them the hell off the island!
I can't vote all the scum though
Molla, you've only thrown out one serious scum vote, and haven't talked much. Would you like to contribute to our discussions or would you like to continue lurking? The only reason not to actively scumhunt right now, regardless of alignment, is to try to not bring any attention to yourself.

That's my point exactly. You wouldn't want him to be lynched as a vengeful townie because he would venge kill you.'
Clarification: You wouldn't want Rubicon
specifically
to flip vengeful townie, because he will venge kill you as you are his main suspicion. So you would want to protect him as much as you can for this round.
I wouldn't want
anybody
to flip town. There's potential for a perfect game here.

Mr Ree - post 39 appears like you're attempting to downplay a possible slip (I'd say almost protectively, but others also did the same so I am happy to say it isn't based on others responses), almost like you're setting a precedent for what should or shouldn't be read as a slip. Why?
Why do you feel it should it have been read as a slip? I don't feel it was but I'd like to hear why you do.
In post 77, Drew-Sta wrote:Further to this, you seem very interested in the self vote of Nespressojet in 44 - this is curious to me. RVS is, or should be, fairly random. Why does the self vote grab your attention?
Because it was a self vote when suspicion was being directed elsewhere.
It was part of a joke, I just haven't unvoted yet.

Nobody should be taking my self vote seriously at this point. It shouldn't be buying me any town or scum points. It literally only exists right now because I thought it would be funny to keep it there. I shall remove it when I cast another vote.

In post 118, Bert wrote:I'm willing to lynch anyone for a 50% chance of hitting scum. Odds can't get better. Aye?
This is probably the
scummiest
thing you could suggest. By saying that you essentially suggest that you want to put aside all of your scumhunting for a random guess, and you're implying that you're alright with a townie getting lynched for a
44%
chance of killing a mafia with your lynch. On the (more likely) chance we lynch a townie, and if they successfully kill a Godfather, we've just lost the chance for a godfather lynch
In post 78, ZZZX wrote:I have a theory. Blue scum is 50% more likely to pick on that slip since they will believe it is more real (you got what I mean?)
which is really interesting. Since if you were werewolf in another game and you saw something hunting for WW and not mafia and it seemed like a slip the WW will be more likely to notice it.
that's one of the reasons why I pointed it out. multiball reaction test.
explain your reaction test. It looks to me like you were the one who fell for it.
Mr Ree's right, wouldn't the optimal strategy for a reaction test be to wait and see how everybody else reacts instead of reacting to it yourself?
Seems to me like you're just using this as an excuse. What were the other reasons you pointed it out?

Yeahhhhh, he'd probably vengeful me if he flips town.... I almost want to risk it, but I'm finally in a game with two of my buddies, so I don't want to die day 1...
...GRRRRRRRR....
Ok, if nothing new is in development by tomorrow (read: tomorrow aka whenever I feel like browsing after midnight in ~3 hours my time) I will vote him. I'm pretty sure he's scum, but we should continue scumhunting.

Honestly, I've been a tad suspicious of Boonskiies since the start, so if the lynch were to happen now I would probably ask you to shoot him, but he is one of the buddies I'm playing with so I don't actually want to ask that
PEdit: Oh wow, goddammit Danny, a Vig is just what people call anyone with kill powers outside scum! Fuck this, he's digging too deep for my taste, so on the off chance that you're a VT here's my vote

There is nothing keeping us from lynching a confirmed scum! There is no night action. We can lynch them both, but first lets start with Boon, who is at this point basically a confscum! If we lynch him first, and he's the godfather, that's a free scumkill! Seriously, there's nothing to lose!
