Is it last successful request or largest request period?
e.g if there's two players at the beginning, A asks for $500000, the other, B, asks for the full million, is the greediest mobster A or B?

From the original rules I assumed it would be B but by mathcam's rules it would be A
...whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth.
