as far as i can tell, the mayor is useless. i see us nominating a protown power role that cant use thier role tonite. or we nominate scum who lets their partners do the kills. the best chance we can get is a cult leader or an SK, that would keep a cult from growing and an SK from killing. but the chances of that happening is slim to none. so i think the best chance is to vote no mayor. then when we get our roles we elect a townsperson and/or me.

I did look at your points. I like Yosarian's analysis more, and I decided I would rather have Glork as mayor. Why are you singling me out? Besides, Glork has already been elected and none of use have roles yet (so who we vote for doesn't reveal alignment at all), so there's no point in more debate.

You have to agree that blowing up a guy with Molotov Cocktails aren't very townie-ish. There is the fact that Max if scum wouldn't want to bring attention to him, which makes me think he's more likely townie. But the Molotov Cocktail thing still has me thinking about him.

I guess if we want, we can just see if the kills continue or not for whether or not we want to lynch him. However, at this point he'll probably not want to kill even if he's an SK.

Actually, I'm still a bit confused about how the mayor election will work. Will Glork still be mayor tonight? I know we're electing a new mayor tonight; will he take office tommorow and then be mayor through tommorow night, or will he become mayor right away and be immune to nightkills and such before we even know who he is?

from what i see we are voting now and then when night happens the new mayor will be elected. and that person will be immune to night actions to and from.

if there isnt a majority, will glork remain as mayor?
