There's no reason to kill Stoofer after he claims doctor, I'll highlight the reasons why:

1) Scum claiming doctor when cornered began because usually scum could survive and possibly draw out a doctor counterclaim if the real doctor was an impulsive player or had such intentions(The correct play for the doctor in a game of this size is NOT TO COUNTERCLAIM)

2)If the scum do not get a doctor counterclaim, then we can not lynch the person who has claimed doctor because he is now in a PINNED position, he's known to have claimed one thing and can not unclaim it or anything like that, thus if the actual doctor is ever killed by the scum at night, then it's clear that he's scumbag and is easily lynched.

What do we gain from lynching the lying scumbag now? Are we at lynch-or-lose? The obvious answer at this point in the game is NO, since we aren't at lynch-or-lose, why bother wasting a day on this clearly pinned scumbag alrdy? Let's say we are uncertain of the validity of the doctor claim(which we are at this point) then are we not better off waiting for a few days until later when we would have information that would help us determine if the claim is valid or not?(for example another player dying and being revealed as the doctor would pretty much be all that's needed for us to be fairly certain the player is lying about his docness)

This is not a crucial juncture in the game and there's absolutely no reason why we shouldn't wait on the lynch of Stoofer unless we can draw very conclusive information from his lynch, at this juncture I believe we can't do that.

Now if Stoofer is the real doctor, then the scum face a trade off between offing him so that they can go after potential proctectees without the fear of a successful doctor protection and letting him live in order to make him look guilty for surviving the night while taking a chance that their nightkill might be prevented.(This is a decision that we want to pressure the scum into making, the doctor effectively shields the town from a scumnightkill in his outted fashion and possibly shields the town if the scum start shooting elsewhere)

Now if Stoofer is a scumbag pretending to be doctor and trying to draw a counterclaim or live another day or 3, then why shouldn't we let him stay alive and let the scum go thru the town picking people off? If the scum pick off the real doctor by sheer luck, it hands us Stoofer on a plate!

Now if we lynch Stoofer on day 2,3,4 after a doctor shows up dead from the night before, aren't we getting better odds than if we had just gone balls in and lynched him straight away on day 1?

Where is the fundamental difference between lynching a scum day 1 and lynching a scum day 4? As long as that scumbag does not have any special abilities or is the last member of a group, there's no real difference betw lynching early and late except that when we do it later we are doing it with MORE information available.

As a candidate under lynch possibility, you should not use your money on any player Logi.

Any use of your money would be pointless because if the town does come to the conclusion that you should be lynched and you are PROTOWN, then all u using ur 50 to hit some1 else would do would be to cause the town to spend another 50 on you which results in the net loss of 100 for the town.

Instead you should will your money to either nightcow or me as we r fairly confirmed protowners.

Use of your money will be considered an anti-town action at this point and an admission of your scumness(we will assume you are scum attempting to force the town to use more cash and deny us ur money in a will)

Ok CES, so as long as there is A DOCTOR IN THIS GAME, Mafia can NOT go after me or Nightcow as one of us is likely to be protected by the doctor. If they take a shot at us, they're pretty much taking a 50% chance their nightkill gets stopped.

Now as long as Vaughn is alive, the Scum can also not kill the doctor without killing Vaughn!

That means if Vaughn is lying scumbag, and the scum kill the doctor, we get vaughn lynched the next day! As long as the doctor is alive, the money supply and the lynch will be firmly in the town's hands!

Thus there's no reason to go after Vaughn whatsoever! If he's scum then he's keeping our doctor alive and if WE WERE UNFORTUNATE ENOUGH TO HAVE THE SCUM NIGHTKILL OUR DOCTOR, we'd then be able to nail Vaughn the next day.
