The Blue Sun Operatives are responsible for Book's death, the whole blood gushing thing is indicative of that.
Reavers are a good possibility for the other group...but I expected the Blue Sun's death to be...well more vulgar if they killed him.

I have seen the show (own it, in fact) and watched the movie, I've even read the comics. Since the year started, my roommate converted me into one of those firefly fanboys.

I think there's a big distinction between being a fan of theme and having reason to participate. It's not like we are role playing. I will admit though, that my participation has been less than stellar. It did not help that the game got off slow, and then I didn't mind my vote on Nanook while I waited for his return. It doesn't help that I havn't played in games with the majority of players nor have I even played in a while nor have I been sick. But I digress, this is not the place for excuses.
I am gonna go ahead and
unvote Nanook
and
vote PeaceBringer
for what as far as I could tell as wrongfully questioning the participation of Yosarian and not even posting an 'oops' after like 3 of us were 'wtf mate'

If you are a protown role, Nanook, and want to help the town, I don't think refusing to claim is the best idea, as it will probably result in your lynch and the subsequent loss of your role to the town. You may be idealogically opposed to having to claim day 1 simply because you were unfortunete enough to be inactive in a slow moving game, but your willingness to martyr yourself only makes it easier for the scum to push to kill you. Please reconsider.

Then why are you still voting him?

For not only his assumption of a 2 person mafia but also it is odd that he tried to deter the bandwagon he was on. Plus I am a sheep. I also had this whole rant about emptyger but it didn't go anywhere so I took it out. I've been following but I may need to regain my bearing a little better so I shall try to reread this and get a better grasp of today's events.

To claim River Tam and a mason as well and still be scum...well TSS said it himself:
the silent speaker wrote: if he has the guts to fake that, he deserves to win.
It does not say Jubal had his own night action, that is true...but weigh that against lynching him yesterday and no one being abducted today.

I have reason to believe peacebringer is innocent from my n3 investigation, as in I am a triggered cop and know I am at least not insane (last night I got tss as innocent and according to the front page badger is listed as protown).

I think Zoe killed badger, gun shot + stealth fits the bill. I would assume her trigger was when her husband, Wash, died.
The best idea for poison I have right now would be Saffron.

Looking back over the night scene Nandi was killed by a familiar face which makes me reevaluate what I thought before.

At this point, I feel like BJ or fritzler are both probably scum, I don't care who we lynch out of these two.
I wonder where DP is though.
Also I wonder if a mass claim would be a worthwile option

Looking over the claims, I am least inclinded to believe Fuldu's claim of Bester, Emptyger's investigation of him makes it harder for me go against him though. Bring in the question of Kaylee's objective nature versus her very optimistic nature (read: possible naive cop?)...and it is quite a quandry.
Next on my list of least likely claims falls BJ.
Then Fritzler, but an actual role with actions makes it more believable.
I had figured that Captain Monty would probably be a townie role plus fritzler and Iammar's results make DP much more likely innocent.
Durran Haymer also seems reasonable to me, it just bothers me that there are two townies from one episode and no sign of Saffron.
And Jayne is hard to argue not to be here. If the mod wanted to put a "safe" scum claim in, it'd probably be Jayne since he is a mercenary after all. I do not think that is the case here.
At this point I am going to
