Bulletproof and bomb claims help the scum since they end up knowing who not to kill, so I agree with that. It goes downhill on page 4, though. In fact, vote Seacore. We don't need a mass VT claim.

I unfortunately have to go with Faraday here. Cobalt didn't say that the vig should shoot randomly. He merely said that he or she should shoot. There may be a smart vig in this game, and if there is a vig I hope it's that type. I'd FoS you, but you've claimed cop and I'm not going to question it right now.elvis_knits wrote:
He only ever talks about random kills being good for the town. He does not say "if random kills are good, non random is better."Faraday wrote: He's arguing random kills help town. He doesn't suggest the vig SHOULD kill randomly anywhere. Obviously the inference is that if a random vig will help then a non random kill can help even further.
He is planting the seed that ANY vig kill is acceptable. If any vig kill is good, then we don't challenge the vig if he makes a stupid kill, since random vigging is good for town.
This is EXACTLY how you position the town to accept BS vig kills.
You didn't like the elvis_knits bandwagon, yet you still thought she's scum and joined it. Who, specifically, did you think was bussing elvis_knits?Cruciare wrote:DGB and Elvis are scumbuddies IMO. I'd be more active if the game were slow enough for me to keep up. It just happens that the most active parts of the game are when I'm asleep or working. I'm not denying what you're saying, and it's not normal for me to be relatively inactive like this, but I don't think the accusation's very fair. I have to know what's gone on in 18 pages with the limited chances I've had to look at this.Faraday wrote:Also SC you seem to be on the fringes mostly, or at least that's my initial impression. I don't really know where you stand at all on a lot of things, (although I guess it's possible it's my fault) and it seems like you're just..there but not getting stuck in to the thick of the game, fair assessment so far?
Seeing as the cop can't detect the SK in this game, I beg to differ. SK can pick cop, produce truthful results, and not worry too much about a lynch. It's an effective safeclaim and encourages the SK to scumhunt.Vi wrote:Furthermore. Fishy brought up that he was concerned for why Cobalt didn't pick Cop, as it's an obviously broken Town role. Now I'm leaning DGB-scum from the OMGUS in #470. I don't see the case on dramonic at all.
I should have said earlier that I wouldn't be surprised if Xylthixlm is scum for #467 (reeks of a policy lynch), meaning I should consider it a possibility that Xyl is bussing DGB.

It comes off as if dramonic thinks EK is scum because of the avatar, which is a null tell. I don't come on this site to look at scantily-clad women either, but I don't judge people's scumminess by their avatars. It's kind of hard to win that way.Plum wrote:- Coug, what specifically did you find scummy about Dram's illogical (to paraphrase you) attempt to get rid of EK's avatar? That's not quite correct. "I can't find the case on dramonic" means "There may be a case on dramonic, but I'm having a hard time figuring out where it's been posted." "I don't see a case on dramonic," which is what I said, means "I don't believe the attacks on dramonic are legitimate." Which means I called my own case on dramonic illegitimate because I forgot about it.BloodCovenent wrote:So wait... did Coug put up a case on Dramonic based on dramonic voting EK, and then Coug said he couldn't find a case on dramonic?

She has to guess scum right. Even if she's town, the odds are not in her favor if she were to pick at random (otherwise, we would already have lost), which I hope she doesn't, and even then she can't find the SK.
