The simple fact is, if we really want to speculate on the setup, it might be better to go into night and hope we are de-double-headed and we end up with 9 tomorrow, instead of 7 (Or in the case of staying double-headed, 8 and 6 respectively.) because I doubt that scum are paired together, we would only have 1 shot at scum, and we would have 3/4 deaths.

What was wrong with voting Empking again? He did *exactly* the same thing also, voting Brandi twice in a row. His vote invalidated mine so I don't see how it's not perfectly reasonable to re-direct the vote (and I knew he was just going to change it back a minute after I posted anyway). And maybe my reasoning was that I didn't like the Brandi vote? Perhaps even if I didn't feel strongly about it I preferred an Empking lynch to a Brandi one, in which case changing the vote was justified? Perhaps, after all, it was a joke?

Well, when you vote Emp you are essentially self voting. And, I never said anything was wrong with it. I said it was odd. I had more a 'problem' with the meta defense (the rather in depth one) then the votes. You can't have it both ways - you can't bring up another scenario when that is not the one you said it was. I agree with it, however, I'm not the one using it in his defense to prevent him from possibly being lynched. I think at this point, scum are most vunerable when paired with someone normally perceived as super scummy.

Nup, the point was that prior to my clarification, there were any number of valid explanations for me voting Empking twice (and he did exactly the same thing to me in changing his vote back to whoever it was, which you failed to mention). Yet apparently you felt the need to draw attention to it.

Two things: first of all, we're dealing with "self-voting" in the conventional sense to begin with- voting for myself and another is not the same thing.

Secondly, we're not really dealing with "doing it twice" either, because the reason I re-voted was that Empking changed the vote, effectively validating my vote on him in the first place, so I revoted to re-instate a vote I had been forcibly deprived of.

I confess that I'm not sure what to think of URoE. I've been playing with him in another, ongoing game and he's a difficult player to read. My general view of him that I got from the last game is that he isn't really a cautious player, so he's acting a bit differently in this game.

Then again, he's suggesting a no-lynch. This is normally a bad thing, but given the risk of lynching not just one, but two townies - it might be OK. Caution in suggesting such an idea is understandable.

Thus, I'm not prepared to vote for him yet. I don't know what my partner thinks.

I don't think lying about RL conditions is... particularily right, but I suppose some people could do it to buy time and skate through - as per the promising to make a post that has more substance, about the vote.

What I see is that there's not really a lot of substance or content in it, for one. And they're rather vague - that KMD convinced him, coupled with an unvote completely changed his mind. Which on it's own doesn't seem too good, but there's no other comment on it.

I need to evaluate who I want to vote for. As of recently I haven't been leaning towards Emp/Ort (partially because I believe Emp to be town). I agree with Slicey on this point, as well as on Sanatos. Don't have a read on BSG, though. Sanatos, I believe, still strikes me as not really contributing much.

I'm not entirely liking Empking atm, I haven't like Budja for a while, when he was cleared I still thought he was suspicious. Brandi, has done nothing all game.

I actual did think that you were scum for a while SG. Also I agree, the only day that hasn't inhibited discussion somehow really was day 1. But it appears that the scum is a group of 3 (because otherwise the 4 would endgame the other 4 before ort was lynched) or a group of 2 (but that would be imbalanced)
