Send: Seraphim

He seems to be stepping up as the Prisoner's Dilemma expert so I'd imagine he'd know what to do best

Send: Vel-Rahn Koon

I bet they'd have fun together

I also think that just as important as sending people we know are town or scum is sending people who are predictable. I wouldn't want to send in a confirmed allignment player who was absolutely insane and might make a totally unpredicable descision

We have three combinations and three prisons. It's hard to pick which combination is ideal so why not do all three? One prison town-town, one town-scum, and one scum-scum....That way we can determine the results of what happened, and figure out what combination is the best to persue?

However, if we do want to go with six town, which I think might be dangerous cause it's so easy for scum to slip through the cracks at that point, I think Plum's method would be ideal.

Albert has a point....it's extremely naive to think that people are gonna be controlled, and even 100% percent town people are gonna act rashly and sometimes on their own. I think any plans relying entirely on controlling people need to be taken with a grain of salt....maybe we should still go through with them, but not depend on them

What about getting 5 investigates and just one daykill? At least for early in the game? The chances are slim for finding scum so with five investigates you'll still probably only find one scum and then he/she can be killed.....your probably not gonna need more than one vigkill in the early game

Percy, you can remove that question mark, I'm with Plan 2.

And I too am down with sending the millers.

I was kind of thinking that. I think the possibility for error is too high and the rewards granted are too powerful. We can't be positive with anybody but the millers.

I'm gonna go right ahead and

Ecto, is there a reason you're answering so shortly? Just explain your idea to the town and stop trying to be elusive.

And my end day request is doing nothing by itself so I might as well go along and

Unrequest: End Day

Or you can just use two investigates on him. I think it's better to waste an investigate then to kill a townie.

I got prodded, classes have been really picking up for the spring semester so I have been falling behind. Percy, I tend to play very non-confrontationally (is that even a word?) in the first stages of games. I like to be more of an observer. That combined with being a little busy does make me look like I'm actively lurking, but I am town. For the most part I've been making my points known and throwing out stuff here and there but I've been content to let other people talk and just piggyback of what I'm learning from them. Theres still alot of people in this game and theres a lot to follow but I'll do my best to actively scumhunt.

I'm still in favor of ending the day. I don't feel like we have enough information to effectively determine someone's scumminess right now. We're all just sorta pulling at threads

I chose investigate and 100%. I wasn't rushing back to check the thread because I was expecting to be dead.

I'm the only person with any kind of investigation, right? How are we gonna decide who I target? A vote?

I'm pretty sure it's not quoting the mod to describe the post sending the abilities? There's no time limit to make the choices. I picked my own ability after I read the the posts prior to my first one suggesting an investigate was needed, and actually made the PM confirming my ability in between my first two posts of the day. I was expecting to be dead today and had to find out quickly what ability would be most beneficial to the town and pick that one. Lowell might have done the same thing, thinking his improvisation was helping the town. Lowell, when did you actually make your choice?

Lowell wrote:@moratorium- I meant to say ross might NOT be scum, and scum are setting him up to be used for the vig.
So if this is true, and you don't think I'm scum, why do you suggest doing this?
Lowell wrote:I'm happy with investigating ross. I'd prefer to investigate someone else, however, and just send ross back to prison to kill him that way.

Ok... so I asked to change to dayvig, and I was told no, that it wasn't one of my options. I went back and read the chart of options, and silly me, Dayvig is only an option in a Yes/Yes scenario, not a Yes/No like I was in. I could only choose Investigate, Prison Immunity, or Doctor Protection. So I did not change myself, but it is confirmed that change is possible.

I support investigating RossWilliam. If I'm confirmed, than Narsis is confirmed. If my alignment is unknown, Narsis's towniness is unconfirmed.
