And let me explain how a WIFOM would help the town:

You put a WIFOM in front of somebody. WIFOMs, if followed through with, will usually lead to debates as lengthy as the one where we got the term WIFOM from. And, last I checked, long discussions do only one thing in Mafia games: Make the Mafia slip up. If you are a Mafia who is dragged into a WIFOM, you will end up being "poisoned", so to say. If you are a Townie who is dragged into a WIFOM, your lack of slipping up after a few pages of debate, as far as I am concerned, will prove your innocence.

I find it really simple, actually.

I'm not surprised at this person's lynch, scum or not.

At the end of page 9 and a good deal of page 10, The Fonz is pretty much hell-bent on making the Masons claim. This early in the game and with this many people, I feel that a confirmed innocent is too dangerous to town because he or she then becomes an easy scum target unless the person is a vanilla.

I also don't get Battle Mage arguing with The Fonz about whether or not the Mason should claim on day 2, but at D2, p12, #278, the former arranges that everybody claim either mason or not when he previously stated that the mason shouldn't claim yet.

Most of the rest of the day after this is confusing to me. I expected claims, which never happen except for D2, p13, #324 for the vigilante who nearly got lynched and was saved by the lack of an unvote—or so he says he's the vigilante. There was only one death last night, and unless he is a one-shot, that means he lied.

If you think MM is town, then what is your current belief about his being a vigilante? It's been brought up that he first said that he was a one-shot vig and then a full vig.

Hey guys. Uh I've been off the computer for 4 days, so I am still catching up with my games. I don't know why I'm not dead yet, but anyways I haven't read what's been going on since day started: Here's what I will say:


I killed BM, and I don't know why only one person died.
I thought he kept leading the town in many ways, and lead us to that townie lynch. Besides, none of his cases made any sense, yet he kept pushing at whoever he wanted to, and people kept following. His style of play was so confusing, and was basically making me groused.

That's all I have to say.

I'll buy that defense at the moment pending further discussion. I'll drop Lynch All Liars for the time being; however, your contradicting yourself is still very suspicious.

Two long nights in a row, the first of which was spent waiting for the mod to confirm in thread that I am the replacement. Man, this is a mindscrew.

On a side note, I find it kind of interesting that I threw the lynch hammer on somebody who later also got the ban hammer, but he was a bad player in my opinion anyway

Now that Mellowed Man's on the way, I'm looking pretty hard at Riceballtail. Here's why:

Day 1: He accuses ValiantValant of posting too much, as if he has to defend everything that comes up about them. One, how is posting too much scummy? Two, why shouldn't he have defended everything? Was he supposed to sit there and ignore the accusations, and God knows what misfortune befalls him?

Day 2: Bandwagon much? He gave a very weak reason for voting for BabyGirl86, and it seems like he was backing her into a corner and forcing her out of the game. Bullying bankrupts your credibility if it gets you anywhere at all,

Day 3: His only post is to vote for Mellowed Man because of the lynch-all-liars strategy. Granted, I eventually hammered MM for LAL too, but this is all you have!? Come the heck on!

Day1: He posted 5 times in a day. He took a very defensive stance, and I found it scummy when it was very random at that stage of the game.

Day2: I would say that it could easily have been seen as weak reasoning, but I find it frustrating when people act that way. You seem to be picking pretty hard with making that a big case of it. Her play was very scummy, so why do you call my reasoning weak?

You only said it "seems scummy" and that "she's earned the lynch". Nowhere in the post I'm getting this from do you explain your thinking.

Day3:See all my reasoning from D2. There was already a strong case, and I'd pointed it out then. This is a bad justification. D3 didn't have a lot of discussion, it was mostly decided from D2 he was the lynch of the day if there weren't two kills.

That's great, but my primary concern with you about Day 3 was your activity. Pop in, vote, pop out. That's all you did.

That was my finals time. I was on LA, so I didn't have much time to make a real elaborate post. Also note how much time the day took in pages, many people only posted once, or not at all. I feel that making me scum from that isn't very considerate of the circumstances.

Rigel only posted once, so I can't get a read on him. kuribo has been most suspicious of DizzyIzzyB13 all game, but is taking other people into account, so he's not guilty of tunnel vision. Town to me.

mr. incrediball:

He has pretty good cases on a number of people in this game and seems to be a pretty experienced player. I wish I had much more to say about his 42 votes than this, but I can say that I'm getting town vibes from him right now.

Riceballtail:

I don't like his accusing ValiantValant of posting too much, especially if the latter says he's sick. Very weak case for his vote on ZombieSlayer54, essentially zero case for his vote on babygirl86, and a stretchy case for his FoS on Korts. I have no comment on his vote on me since I used the same reason to vote him (remember, we were in pretty much in an inactive state). Scummy, but I'm not going to do anything else to him unless and until a counterclaim happens.

ValiantValant is way too panicky about his having voted Korts and takes his vote off him when he's at L-7. I also do not know whether he's being contradictory about there not being support for the Day 1 wagon but his willingness to wagon "should something come up". DizzyIzzyB13 has not been completely successful in cleaning his slate as she seems to be tunneling on babygirl86 when the latter was still in the game. She refuses to unvote Riceballtail until he explains the reasons for his protections. On the scummy side.

I don't judge a role claim on whether it is counter claimed or not, especially one so unlikely to be counter-claimed. I can think of no situation arising in the future which would clear up his claim on way or the other. So I leave my vote right where it is because that's where I believe it should be.

Call me freaking cautious then. My play style does not involve killing an uncounterclaimed power role unless I have a good reason to do so.

If you can give me a good reason why we should kill Riceballtail anyway, then I'll happily unvote you, but I don't plan to do the former right now.

A question: You seem to suspect me and Dizzy for the same thing - you thought my replacee was townie and you thought Dizzy's was scummy. Why am I then so much higher in you scum list than Dizzy?

If you're talking about what I think you are, then my best answer to this is that DizzyIzzyB13 refuses to unvote Riceballtail until he explains his protections and you refuse to unvote him at all. My abrupt switch in thinking probably factors into this too. My LoS isn't set in stone, and it can be shuffled around based on other things that come up.
