It's a quiet day at the Justice League HQ. When you're suddenly blinded and knocked unconscious by a flash of light. You later awaken in a strange place, it's bright and your vision is a little blurry at first but you start to focus. You don't know where you are. As you look around you notice you are not alone. Twelve. There are a total of twelve here including yourself. But something seems odd about everyone. They all look the same. What kind of magic is this? Who brought you here? Who are all these other people? Where did they come from? For that matter,
when
did they come from? Why do they all look alike? You know who you are and yet you don't look like yourself either. It also seems that any powers that you may have had before your arrival will be limited for as long as you're here.
There's a sinister feeling in the air. A note is found on the ground. All it says is "Purge the evil to get home." You assume it means if you want to go home you have to kill whoever with you is evil. But how can you tell who is who? You no longer care who or what brought you here. All you want now is to go home. So you figure the best way to decide things would be democratically. That you will discuss things with each other and kill one person a day in hopes that you can find and eliminate this evil that the note speaks of. But there are obviously those with you who will do whatever it takes to get out of here by themselves. So you better hurry.

The Rules (stolen from MeMe)
:
Votes must be in
bold
. If you do not bold your vote, it will not be counted.
Please be attentive and
unvote
, if necessary, before casting a new vote. This is not
required
, but I’d appreciate it.
Executions will require a simple majority of votes. Once a player has reached the necessary majority, his pleas are useless and any attempts to unvote will be unheeded. You may
vote: no lynch
- majority votes of this kind are necessary to end the day without a death.
The game is not to be discussed outside of the thread unless your role specifically states that you may do so.
Once your death scene has been posted, you’re dead. Stop typing.
Don’t edit/delete previously submitted posts
Don’t quote any PMs from me.
If you have a night choice to make, it is due by the posted deadline. I will not wait for you - if you do not submit a choice to me, tough! No choice will be made.
If you anticipate being unavailable for more than a 48-hour period, please post a notice to that effect in the thread.
Treat this game as a commitment. Be considerate - don’t leave us hanging.
Remember, it’s a game. It’s supposed to be played. It’s supposed to be
fun
. Do your part.

OK, sudden small change to deadline rule for this day (because I can )
In the event of a tie for most votes, I will default to mod killing actr for not posting for 2 weeks and not picking up his prod (this may even happen if there isn't a tie)

You get up after a restless nights sleep. The first thing you notice is the significant lack of others getting up. Time to check on the night's damage.
The first body you find is of
WhoMe?
. Upon closer inspection, it would seem WhoMe? had been chocked to death. It also becomes obvious what WhoMe?'s true identity is. It is the
Black Canary
, who's canary cry could paralyze anyone. She will be missed.
Soon after that you find another body. The one called
roffman
had been beaten to death. Time to look at who he is. Hmm, green clothes, green mask, empty quiver. There's no doubt it's the
Green Arrow
. But a quick search of the area reveals no arrows. Guess, he must not have had any.
After you finish with the bodies, you notice there's still one person missing.
ZONEACE
is nowhere to be found. All that's left is a note scratched on the ground that says "Gone to serve justice. Good Bye.
Atom
." Well you know the Atom was able to shrink, but how could he have gotten out of here? No use thinking about that now. It's time to try to fight some evil.
No Longer With Us:
WhoMe? - Black Canary [Roleblocker]
roffman - Green Arrow [Townie]
ZONEACE - The Atom [Hiding Townie]
It is now Day 2. With 8 alive, it's 5 to lynch.

You all gather around Capricious, "He must be evil. Get him." So you all jump him at once. When the smoke clears, you are able to see what you've just done. And there lies the lifeless body of
Gypsy
. Uh oh, he must have been telling the truth.
No longer with us:
Capricious - Gypsy [Doctor]
It is now night 3.Get Choices in ASAP

Day has not yet even arrived. The final players all stumble across each other in the middle of the night. After a few moments of looking at each other, Haschel Cedricson and Sierra both jump at Thesp and kill him. After they check the body they find he was the Green Lantern, after a moment they realize it was not just the Green Lantern, but he was actually Parallax. After a momentary sigh of relief from the both of them for finally killing a bad guy, they both find themselves on the business ends of Mirth's and Singing Librarian's arsenal. The two of which stand overjoyed over their kills, and ultimately victorious.
Dead:
Thesp - Hal Jordan aka Green Lantern aka Parallax - Mafia Roleblocker
Haschel Cedricson - Rocket Red #7 - SK
Sierra - Batman - Vigilante
Note: Mafia achieved their victory condition by lynching capricious and becoming greater than 51% of the players. But the setup could have allowed Haschel to tie with them (If 2 scum died to sk and vig), which is why I went to night rather than ending the game. The game was over when Haschel and Sierra both targeted Thesp.
I know I made a couple mistakes here, but it has been two years since i ran a game. I hope everyone had a good time anyway.

Green Lantern
You are the Green Lantern, and yet you are not the Green Lantern. In fact you are actually Parallax, infecting the body of Hal Jordan. You are the embodiment of fear. Worlds destroy themselves at your whim. But it seems that all these "heroes" are going to get in your way. You're going to need some help. So you manage to find two others who are also posessed with evil intentions. Together with Bloodwynd (actually the demon Rott who is mind-controlling the Martian Manhunter in disguise as Bloodwynd and played by ) and L-Ron (who's been taken over by Despero and being played by ) you agree to get out of this place (after some violent killing) and wreak havok on the universe. All you have to do to accomplish that is PM the name of someone you want to kill each night, any one of you may send this choice. Also, being fear incarnate you are able to make any other player to scared to do anything at night, so you may also pm the name of someone to roleblock each night, only you may send this choice. You win when your group makes up at least 51% of remaining players.
Note: If you become the last member of your group alive you will only be able to either kill or block, not both.
Please confirm via PM.
Bloodwynd
You are Bloodwynd. No actually you're not. You're the Martian Manhunter. No that's wrong again. You are the demon Rott. Yeah, you're just mind controlling the Martian Manhunter to pose as Bloodwynd to serve your needs. But there's so many heroes to go through here that you are going to need some help. By some odd coincidence you stumble upon two others also posessed by evil. Together with the Green Lantern (actually Parallax infecting the body of Hal Jordan and played by ) and L-Ron (who's been taken over by Despero and being played by ) you agree to get out of this place (after some violent killing) and wreak havok on the universe. All you have to do to accomplish that is PM the name of someone you want to kill each night, any one of you may send this choice. You win when your group makes up at least 51% of remaining players.
Please confirm via PM.
L-Ron
You are L-Ron. Oh, wait, no you aren't. You are actually Despero. You've just woken up inside the body of this stupid robot. Regardless, you figure you can still do some damage in this form. But in order to survive you're going to need some help. Together with the Green Lantern (actually Parallax infecting the body of Hal Jordan and played by ) and Bloodwynd (actually the demon Rott who is mind-controlling the Martian Manhunter who is in disguise as Bloodwynd and played by ) you agree to get out of this place (after some violent killing) and wreak havok on the universe. All you have to do to accomplish that is PM the name of someone you want to kill each night, any one of you may send this choice. You win when your group makes up at least 51% of remaining players.
Please confirm via PM.
Rocket Red 7
You are Vladimir Mikoyan aka Rocket Red #7 of the Rocket Red Brigade. When Booster Gold and the Justice League found out that you were really a Manhunter Andriod they banded together to destroy you. Well, apparently they didn't finish the job, because you're still functioning. And like so many other surviving manhunters, you've turned to training others to be a part of the "Cult of the Manhunters". Each night you will be able to forcefully turn someone into one of your minions and that player will get to leave to teach others about "preserving justice". You win when all other players are dead or gone.
Please confirm via PM.
General Glory
You are Joseph Jones aka General Glory. You have great strength depite being a frail 80 year old man when you're not General Glory. But you prefer not to use this strength. You instead enjoy making long-winded patriotic speeches, and you seem to never shut up. But you can also use this to your advantage.
At night you will be able to choose one person and you will talk to that person (not literally) and you will be able to sense if that person has evil intentions.
However, due to your overenthusiastic patriotism and penchant for long speeches, during the day your posts must follow these guidelines:
1) Must be at least 10 lines in length. These lines must contain complete sentences. Lines with only "Vote: so-and-so" will not count unless followed by an actual sentence. You can use the enter key to make sure your post makes it to ten lines, provided each line is still a complete sentence of reasonable length.
2) At least every other post must contain some sort of patiotic message or message about positive morals/ethics. You must stay patriotic to remain as General Glory.
3) If you fail to maintain guidelines 1 and 2, you will revert back to being an 80 year old man, permanantly lose your powers, and die of a heart attack if anyone at all targets you.
4) If, at the end of the day, your post count is in the lower 25% of all players (this may be ignored if the day ends up being too short to reasonably accomplish this) you get no choice that night.
Note: due to the fact that riktus only made 2 posts, I'll be ignoring the 25% minimum during day 1.
5) If at the end of day your post count is in the top 25% amongst all players, and all posts are game relevant. Then the player you talk to will reveal everything about him/herself and you will recieve that players full role pm (minus any references to other players and roles, if applicable).
6) You may not claim, hint about, or reference these guidelines in any post.
Note #2: riktus already dropped the ball on this one up by pretty much admiting there being a restriction. So now you can say you have a restriction but not what it is.
You win when all evil is vanquished.
Please confirm via PM.
Hawkwoman
You are Shayera Hol aka Hawkwoman. After studying Earth's crime fighting methods, finding evil amongst twelve people seems like it should be a piece of cake. Seek them out. Bring them to justice. You win when all evil is vanquished.
Please confirm via PM.
Atom
You are Ray Palmer aka The Atom. The ability to Shrink to subatomic size can certainly be useful, because when you do, nobody will be able to find you. But due to a slight glitch in your belt you aren't going to be able to use it as often as you like. You figure you wont be able to use it two nights in a row. Every night you may pm me to hide, as long as you did not hide on the previous night. You win when all evil is dead or gone.
Please confirm via PM.
Green Arrow
You are Oliver Queen aka The Green Arrow. You are the worlds greatest archer. Unfortunately, that doesn't matter since you've somehow lost all of your arrows, and they are nowhere to be found. Despite your code against killing you decide that it's a neccesary action to stop your foes here, so you agree to participate in the daily voting. Seek out evil. Bring them to justice. You win when all evil is vanquished.
Please confirm via PM.
BlackCanary
You are Dinah Lance aka The Black Canary. You possess the ability of the "Canary Cry". You figure this should come in quite handy in your current situation. Each night you may PM me with the name of someone to use your Cry on and that person will be knocked unconscious and unable to act that night. You win when all bad guys are gone.
Please confirm via PM.
Phantom Stranger
You are the Phantom Stranger. Your origins are shrouded in mystery, and your powers are great, under normal circumstances, that is. Nothing remains hidden from you. With evil around you know you must figure out who's who. Each night you will be able to choose one other player, and you will learn who that player really is. However you are not allowed to end a crisis directly, you may only guide others to the right choice. This means you may not cast the lynching vote on any player during the day. You win when all evil is vanquished.
Please confirm via PM.
Batman
You are Bruce Wayne aka Batman. You are the Dark Knight and a founding member of the Justice Jeague. You don't know who you can trust here, so you decide to take matters into your own hands, and the night is your time to shine. Each night you may kill one other player. Just pm the name of the player to kill and justice shall be served swiftly. You win when all bad guys are vanquished.
Please confirm via PM.
Gypsy
You are Cindy Reynolds aka Gypsy. You have the ability to cast illusions and camouflage your self and someone near you. However something is limiting this power and camouflaging yourself isn't working, but you can still use it on other people. How odd. Each night you will be able to use this ability to hide another person, so the evil forces will not be able to find him/her. You win when all evil is vanquished.
Please confirm via PM.

not having safeclaims, or useful information like that at all. I would have liked some flexibility with characters, and I was afraid I'd lose because I'd claim what someone else had by chance, and not because of how I played (which would be a terrible, terrible way to lose).
I guess I assumed that Green Lantern, L-Ron, and Bloodwynd/Martian Manhunter were obvious safe claims, or maybe I'm the only one that reads that far into roles I recieve.
And as for not telling Haschel, I guess I have noticed in the past, differences in playstyles of players who are investigation immune as opposed to not, and I don't like the way I've seen some players handle investigation immune roles, so I prefer not to disclose that info.
And General Glory
did
get a "does not have evil intentions" on him.
