Well, my first impression on who was scum was trabony and I'm glad he got nominated, even though he is replaced now. I have no actual preferations on who I'd like to see go, but seeing as I didn't like trabony, I'd be happier to see Skruffs go.

Yep. When I saw my main suspect got nominated, I skipped the rest and only carefully skimmed the posts from the two nominated people.

It isn't about trabony's defense that made me suspicious of him, it was mainly his play before DoS nominated him.

Skruffs: Day 1's always involve weak reasoning. You're making it sounds that we are on Day 3 with enough reason to decide votes on, which is not the case. You're also seem to imply that all the other votes made so far are perfectly plausible, in that including the few that voted distad because they want to play the game with you. Also, post #343 gives me the vibes of grudge of getting voted combined with appeal of emotion.

Again, I will reference that Day 1's usually have very little to go after. I can understand it's frustrating to replace someone who's already under the hammer, but that is mafia. It's something that can happen. If we lynch distad now, it's the same deal for him. Both you and distad have made little scummy moves so far, so the choice is difficult, but at some point, you have to make a decision. My reason to vote for you is simply because post #127 and #131 of trabony are very defensive and not really taking a solid stance. I know it's little, but I think it's the best I can find at the moment.

For your information, your semi-latest post makes me feel more happy about my vote. The way you described what you thought was very hypocritical against distad, because he's almost in the same position as you, but since me and FL voted against you, you're reacting like this. I could see it as an appeal to emotion to let us try to switch our votes, but at I'm not going to vote someone just because I want to keep the other player in the game just because I like him more. Furthermore the succesor threatening doesn't impress me, and neither does saying that our predecessors were useless. If we were in your position, we wouldn't like it either, but I think your latest post was more whining about it then something else.

So yeah, vote stays. Deal with it.

I did not avoided posting, I simply had a short time to make up my mind. At the time I replaced in, I knew I had little time for a reread as I had to work that night and the next day. So yeah, maybe your right that my post insinuated that there was no discussion possible, because there wasn't any for me. I replaced in to late for that.

As for the day 1 argument: it's perfectly valid and I still stand by it. Also, just because you were in the position that your opinion didn't really matter doesn't make it valid to call out on other people who have to. If I compare my reason to vote someone to some other peoples, especially the way the votes went, I'm inclined to believe people were mostly voting the player not to stand out, just to keep the voting close to each other.

As for my big post I wrote before: I still stand by that, aside from the part that I was unaware that unvoting is impossible.

With that being said, I do believe there is a significant chance that DoS is scum, considering he got the first HoH. It would make sense and I wouldn't be opposed to a nomination of him, neither am I for Ryan. I think it's too early to already put Faerielord on the bank, because I think he was in the same position as me, though he handled it different. He yet has the time to prove himself. I think Skruffs should be left outside of the nominations today, simply because he needs a chance to play the game, though I'm not feeling very comfortable with his play. I'd also be happy with ckillor on the nomination list. I think he said very little productive, considering he is in from the start.

XD, your case against me is remarkably laughable. Whether or not I explain what I do, I stand with what I say. I said I think Skruffs is a floater, hence there is no reason for me to wait and vote for the other one. Same with nominations. I don't let myself get influenced by what other people might say or think. I nominate people I think are scum, not what people in general think. I doubt that play is anti-floater play.

Also, if DoS turns up to be scum, I will be looking at you Pug as a definite scumbuddy of him. The way you are connecting yourself to DoS is remarkable.

Actually, it was my birthday yesterday, so I took some time off from 'scum.

Anyway, for the people claiming I'm scummy for lack of reasons probably haven't played that much with me. Also, if I state I have no problem with certain people ending up on the LoE, I don't consider these people town, which simply means they could they still be scum.
