I guess that's pretty much how I'd figured it, but it helps with the clarification. Anyway... so now that it's become clear that Eletriar's still a noob...

Also, thorgot, it seems to me that if a random vote is placed, and it doesn't go anywhere, it's not really all that big a deal. (Please correct me if I'm wrong here) Still, it is a little odd that seeing a bandwagon forming without any provocation one would have no reaction at all. I think the question being asked is why you kept your vote placed.

The shout out is noted. I was out of town for the weekend, and with finals coming up, a new project at work being database-tested, and all taht... I've been lagging on my attention. I really don't have anything to add that helps the discussion; all of what I may have said has been said - and while I apologize for the inactivity, I promise I'll be on enough to keep a running narrative in my mind as to what's what here. You have my official apology there.

All I'll say is that I'm actually not sure Dodgy is scummy; it seemed more well-and-truly panicky to me.

...So... let me get this straight. Further commenting on Dodgy's behavior will get us nowhere, so I'll not do it. What I will do, though, is say that while I continue to read this, I keep trying to formulate an opinion. However, I will speculate thusly:

Dodgy's performance was quite dodgy indeed, and if we do end up getting a replacement for him, I look forward to watching the reactions of said replacement. In fact, it's probably a very interesting thing. For one, when any suspicion fell on him at all, Dodgy got huffy, claimed doc, and then siteowner when the threat did not seem to dissipate. While I really cannot condone that sort of action in the least, I'm quite curious what the replacement acts like. While I still have a hovering vote, and it will hover until I get any further conclusions, I will be watching how that plays out.

That said, reading over, it seems to me that the most defensive player is The Fonz.

to go on at that point. Nothing. Overreacting to harmless votes is just a classic scumtell. Classic. If everyone random votes, that doesn't elicit anything, then what are you basing your FOS on? Nothing, that's what.

I haven't voted flippantly. I voted randomly once, once to elicit information (successfully) and once on the guy who acted scummily by falling into the trap laid.

I can understand annoyed, but it seems to be a general theme of his... Fonz, are you usually this defensive? Just wondering...

CES, I have a few questions on this. Do you mean to admit that he did so to try to out the doc? Basically, that almost sounds like an admission, in that case.

Okay, from what I see, here's the situation.

It looks to me that we should not lynch CES at the moment, but wait and see if he's NKed. I understand the things brought, but at the moment it looks like by our discussion we are merely giving scum clues. I agree with Dasquian here - woudn't we feel silly if we lynched the doc? I vote we move on to other people and see what the morning looks like.

So... we're back to this. If he's mafia, he'll not die N1. If he isn't then either mafia will kill him to make things easier, or leave him alive, in what point d2 is going to be interesting at best. That's pretty much what's already been said. So I say we go after the other people who look suspicious and see what happens, but I don't know if that's a smart play or not.

Secondly, I don't want to tell the mafia exactly what happens if they do or don't kill CES.

Discussing CES, as Dasquian had pointed out about two pages ago, is probably going to do more harm than help at this point; I think at this point we should just drop the issue - already, we probably have discussed this enough to make tomorrow hell - and move on. I think I've probably said this before, but... ah, whatever. I'll add my thoughts to it, and just let it be.

I'm a little curious to know why Fonz pushes the issue... but I suppose I just disagree. If he claims in full, he's more likely to be killed as of not. If he doesn't, then there's a chance that we'll have no kill at night - giving us a little more time. I'm not going to go into the 'what if' scenario game, though, as it's been already exhausted and overplayed.

Oh - and I may or may not be here from tomorrow to Saturday/Sunday, considering that I have yet (another) thing to go to out-of-town. This time it's a graduation.

...Okay, so let me see if I can see this. You were the one pushing the issue the hardest. Why the sudden one-eighty? If I recall correctly, you were the one fishing the hardest for a claim, and suddenly this? What made you change your mind here?
