Seriously, I believe Quailman, at least for the time being. We can check whether or not a 2-pp mason group exists later, but it seems reasonable.

I also think Zu_fauls claim is consistent and acceptable for now.

The Mikehart claim rings true as well, and as he correctly stated he would be borderline mad to come up with a claim like that if it were not true.

So why are we focusing on whether or not to lynch a mason (:shock: ), or whether or not to lynch Mikehart, when we have a perfectly decent lurker-lynch as an option?

From the description of the kill and the lynch (raygun), I think it is pretty clear that both night kills were done by aliens.

There are at least two role swapping roles in the game, as my role was changed for a role swapper after night 1. I decided not to use that ability last night.

I have to re-read the thread with the extra information that we have now that we lynched one alien scum.

I don't think that ia a valid scenario. A mafia member switching allegiance is unthinkable as he/she can rat on their comrades immediately. I think the body snatching roles (at least two of them) are town. I know that my allegiance did not change when I became a role swapper after night 1.

I did not think of it before, but there is something to say for a good role stealer to switch roles with an outed cop - as it re-conceals the cop role for the scum.

Apart from your comments on me, good logic. Since we lynched a good guy by good logic yesterday, I would not rush into the lynch though. Maybe the mod tosses a coin to decide whether a "hacker" gets a result before or after a body snatch.

I do need to come clean about one bad mistake I made in this game though. A mistake I only found out when going back through my posts and checking my role description. I was wrong in my replies to Cubsfan4ever which cost him his life. I was relying on my notes rather than the original PM, and my notes on my first role said: tracker. So when Cubs called me a Private Investigator, I thought: close but no cigar. The original PM actually said Private Investigator though, as I just found out during these discussions. This was a very stupid mistake for which I'm sorry.

That does not change the fact though that as I stated before I have led the lynch charge against two aliens. No awy I'm the third.

Twon nights ago, I received the cop role (instead of the role swapping role) at the end of the night/start of the day. The way the mod set the game up, that means no investigation that night. Last night I checked davidangelsummers ( because I thought his last vote on enteryournamehere was indeed suspicious) and found him to be an alien.

I was not a cop from day one. You keep on saying that, and I keep on telling you no, but as I said before, you don't read. I tracked Fletcher night one, but he stayed home. I still went after him on day one eventually, because I did not like his play. And I was right.

I did not use the swapping role, because I did not see any advantageous use. It only creates confusion, and that is the last thing the town needs.

I did not get my role back. Read my lips: I did not get my role back. I got the "cop" role, not the "private investigator" role I had night one. I got both role changes because someone else decided that changing roles was a good idea - nothing to do with me.

No, I do not suspect you. I'm 99% convinced that DAS is the alien, because I got that result from the mod. As I stated before, I am willing to consider the minute possibility that the cop role, for which I have only one result, could be something other than regular. As I said before, that appears highly unlikely in this set-up, and I would have serious issues with the mod if that were the case.

The quote you refer to was because I got extemely annoyed once more by a DAS post, because he used a non-argument for the second time, after I refuted it the first time, to exclude the possibility that you are scum.

let's try this to clarify my point: look at it from DAS'point of view. If he is townie he cannot be sure which one of us is scum. So he should be examining both cases. Instead he fully attacks me consistently, not giving a hoot about refutations I post, and twisting my words. The only thing he says about you (apart from one remark about your claim) is that of course you cannot be scum, because you did not finish the game off when you could (again, ignoring the fact that you simply were not around), not once but twice. I see this as one more point supporting the suspicion that he is the last alien, because a townie should have behaved differently.

With respect to the serial killer theory - just look at the kills. I'm pretty sure that the descriptions showed they were all alien kills.

[1] I have no reason to doubt my result, any other than that the mod might have thrown in a paranoid or insane cop role. Without further evidence, and with only one night result, this is extremely unlikely. Hence my 99% security.
[2] I unvoted to get more discussion going, and to see where DAS would trip up. Just in case you would for whatever reason doubt my claim, and would vote along with DAS.
[3] It is not easy to have DAS trip up, simply because he does not join a discussion, but keeps repeating the same things over and over again without reacting to my posts.
[4] However, I found one thing which I pointed out: his continuous refusal to even think that you could be scum, based on a non-argument.

The frustrating part came in when I realised that if you were innocent, there was no way I could persuade you to vote for micigante anyway.
