Percentage Fruit Vendor

You're known for having one of the, uh,
dodgier
fruit stands in town. Every night, you can choose one player and send a piece of fruit to them. Mod rolls a D100 to determine the outcome.
1-60 Good Fruit: No effect beyond sending "Someone has sent you a piece of fruit!" message.
61-90 Rotten Fruit: Send fruit and roleblock player who receives it. (No change in message.)
91-100 Poisoned Fruit: Player who receives fruit dies instead of receiving message.
Percentage Fruit Vendor is not told which fruit is sent. Death by Poisoned Fruit can be prevented if target is also targeted by healing role, and all fruits can be roleblocked or redirected.

Quantum Goo

At the start of every night, Mod rolls from a table of available goo types (any goo currently or subsequently in the list of Grand Mafia roles, not including other Quantum Goos). Whichever goo is selected is the type of goo you are and the ability you can use for that night. Mod must reroll if that night's goo type is the same as the previous night's goo type. Every night (immediately after your goo type is rolled) you will be informed by PM about your goo type and ability. When you die, you flip as Quantum Goo (
current goo type
).

Werewolf Unlyncher

Mod chooses unlynch target from entire player pool regardless of alignment.

Has Werewolf and Unlyncher wincons. Werewolf Unlyncher does not need to fulfill both wincons to earn a win. Failure to fulfill one wincon does not negate the other wincon.

Survivor Unlyncher

Wincon: The Survivor Unlyncher must survive until the end of the game, and the Unlynch Target (Mod rolls from entire player pool regardless of alignment) must survive for at least 3 consecutive day and night phases.

Figure that won't be too swingy if Mod rolls scum or SK as Unlynch Target.

Town Passive Vanillizer

If a player you target at night has a passive ability, they no longer have that ability once that night phase ends. Players with more than one passive ability will have only one passive ability removed, chosen at random by the Mod. Nothing will happen if your target does not have a passive ability. The target will be informed if your action succeeds. You will not be informed of success or failure of your action.

Sliver Sliverizing Doctor
(Town aligned)

You may target one player per night.

If the target is a sliver, you prevent one kill attempt made on that player. This role does not affect Strongman kills and cannot prevent multiple kill attempts made on the same player in the same night.

If the target is not a sliver, they become a sliver instead of being healed. This action fails if the sliverizing target is killed on the same night.

You will be notified by the mod which action took place that night. Players who have been sliverized by this role will be notified by the mod.

Demi-God of Kevlar
(alignment up to mod's discretion)

You are announced at the start of the game.

Instead of their usual action (if applicable), other players may pray to you by sending a PM to the mod declaring they wish to do so.

You may grant a 2-shot Bulletproof modifier to one player amongst those who have prayed for you, which comes into effect during the next night phase. You may only answer
# of players/5 (rounded down in case of fractions)
prayers during the entirety of the game and may choose to not answer any prayers during a particular applicable night phase.

Sliver Vanilla Cop
(Town alignment)

Once a night, you may investigate a player to learn whether or not they have a power role. Your investigative results will be
Vanilla
or
Not Vanilla
. If the player is
Not Vanilla
, you will not learn what power role they have. Your investigations do not take modifiers into account.

You are also a Sliver, and are thus affected by any and all Sliver-related abilities in play.

Alien Abductor

Every odd night phase, you may select one player to abduct. This player will receive notice of being abducted by an alien and will be publicly announced as missing (but not dead) at the start of the next day phase and cannot post during that time (the targeted player is exempt from any and all activity rules during that time).

Once that day phase is over, your target will be returned to the game, but will be unable to use any active abilities on the night of their return (passive abilities are not affected). The abducted player will be able to post and act normally after the end of the night when they're returned to the game (the abduction will not affect any conditions applied by and/or to the targeted player after abduction). You may not kidnap the same player multiple times.

I think there's already a role along these lines, but I couldn't find it in the wiki.

Mafia Right Hand Man

Until your ability is triggered, you are and investigate as a Mafia Goon.

If the Godfather dies, you become a Godfather and gain all the abilities of the previous Godfather.

This role is only available if Mafia Godfather is one of the roles chosen for the game.

I thought there was a specific name. For some reason, the phrase "Mafia Ward" was coming to mind. eh, idk

Also, you're making me want to be very bastard and make a Universal Backup that isn't alignment restricted.

Werewolf Fruit Vendor

During a night phase with a full moon, you may choose one player to attack. During a night phase
without
a full moon, you may choose one player to receive a piece of fruit.

Oh, to hell with it.

Universally Universal Backup

At the start of the game, you are self-aligned and considered neutral for all intents and purposes. After the first PR of the game dies- regardless of alignment, role, or cause of death (modkills included)- you become a perfect copy of that player's role, including alignment, wincon, active and passive abilities, and the manner in which you are presented to investigative roles (if applicable). You have priority over any and all other Backup roles in the game. Mod must roll for tiebreaking in the event of two or more Universally Universal Backups in a game.

Before you adopt the role of the first dead PR of the game, your wincon is to survive until the game's end.

If the game somehow reaches MyLo/LyLo before you can inherit a PR, your vote in MyLo/Lylo will be worth triple and immune to all vote-altering abilities. Any vote-altering abilities already affecting you will be negated at that time.

You have a 1-shot Role Cop ability, a 1-shot Doctor ability, a 1-shot Roleblocker ability, and a 1-shot Dayvig ability. You are also incapable of being replaced by any and all Backup roles (Universal Backup, Nurse, Deputy, etc.) in the game.

If you submit the Mafia's nightkill on any given night, that nightkill becomes unblockable. You are also incapable of being replaced by any and all Backup roles in the game.

Irreplaceable Dreaming God Survivor

You have a total of X boxes at the start of the game, where the number of boxes, their names, their effects, and their respective durations are chosen by the Mod before game start. All information about these boxes will be included in your role PM.

Every night, you may choose to open a box. The name and effect of that box will be announced at the start of the next day and will affect the game exactly as described. Two or more boxes may only be in effect simultaneously if one or more of those boxes has an effect that lasts until endgame. If you select a non-permanent box that would come into play before the previous non-permanent box's duration is over, the new box will replace the old box.

You are immune to treestumping and vanillization, but are not immune to roleblocking or any means of death. Opening boxes is not a compulsive night action, so you may choose to send in "No Action" on any given night. You are also incapable of being replaced by any and all Backup roles in the game.

You win if you survive until endgame or MyLo/LyLo, whichever comes first.

Town Irreplaceable Strong-Willed Doctor

Every night, you may choose one player (excluding yourself) to heal, preventing one death attempt made on that player. You and your patient will both receive notification upon successful healing. Your night actions cannot be roleblocked or redirected. You are also incapable of being replaced by any and all Backup roles in the game.

Mafia Irreplaceable Cop

You may investigate one player every night to receive a clue about their role from the Mod. Investigating the same player more than once will yield the same clue each time. You are also incapable of being replaced by any and all Backup roles in the game.

You can just say that you don't like the backup trend.
Just trying to create a shoddy semblance of balance. Also got a little engrossed in inventing a new modifier.

Town Paramedic
aka Ambulance Driver, aka That Weird Doctor/Transporter Combo

Every night you may select two players to transport, redirecting actions directed towards one player to the other player and vice versa. In addition, you must select one of those two players to heal, preventing one kill attempt on the chosen player.

Idk where my head's at with this one.

Town Tracker

I've got to agree with Satel here on the Quantum CPR Doc. I think I might understand the timing of the vig/heal combo, but I can see at least one way it could go terribly wrong. I'd also like to know how interaction from other players affects the role.

Alien Spotlight Operator

Choose one player per night. If they are a PR with one or more tracking-type abilities, any and all of that player's tracking-type abilities are roleblocked for that night. If they are vanilla or a PR without any tracking-type abilities, they are forced to visit you even if they are a role which cannot visit players; this visit does not negate any other visits that player might make that night and cannot be blocked or redirected in any way save for the target's death. You will not be notified about which result you get, only about success or failure of your action.

2-Shot Variable Death Faker
(any alignment)

The first time you are successfully targeted by a killing action at night, you survive and are silenced during the next day phase. You may vote by PM during your post-death silence, but will not be listed in any votals during that day phase.

The second time you are successfully targeted by a killing action at night, you survive but are treestumped for the remainder of the game. This ability can stack with your previous ability.

Being successfully targeted by a killing action at night after both your abilities have been used will result in your death. Also, you will die without triggering either of your abilities if you are killed by any means during the day.

You win with your respective alignment. If your alignment is neutral, you win by surviving until MyLo/LyLo or endgame, whichever comes first.

Novice Universal Backup
(any alignment)

When a PR of any alignment dies by any means, you will inherit that PR's role and abilities, but your alignment and wincon will remain unchanged. You do not have priority over any other backup roles.

You win with your respective alignment. If your alignment is neutral, you win by surviving until MyLo/LyLo or endgame, whichever comes first.

Annoying House Guest
(any alignment)

Once every even night, you may choose a player to visit, designating them as your Host for the night. During that night, your Host and any other non-killing PR who visits your Host is roleblocked. If any PRs with a killing ability visit your Host player during that night, you die and protect your Host from all kill attempts.

You will be notified if you successfully visit your Host, if anyone else visited your Host (but not who or how many), and if you die protecting your Host. Players will be notified if they become your Host for the night or if they are roleblocked by an Annoying House Guest while visiting a Host.

You win with your respective alignment. If your alignment is neutral, you win by surviving until MyLo/LyLo or endgame, whichever comes first.

Inverse Even-numbered Post Correlation X-Voter
(alignment chosen at Mod discretion)

You start each day with a vote which counts as X votes, where X equals the number of players in the game divided by 3 (rounded up in the event of fractions). Your X-Vote can only be placed upon one player at a time.

For every two posts you make during the current day phase, the value of your vote decreases by 1. These decreases stop once your vote only counts for 1 vote. Your vote value resets to the original value during the subsequent night phase. It is possible for hammer to occur solely by your X-Vote, if the X-vote's current value is equal to or greater than the hammer requirement.

You win with your respective alignment. If your alignment is neutral, you win by surviving until MyLo/LyLo or endgame, whichever comes first.

Triple Post Correlation X-Voter
(alignment chosen at Mod discretion)

You start each day with an X-Vote which intitially counts as only one vote. For every third post you make during the current day phase, the value of your vote increases by 1 (the increases begin with post #3). These increases stop once your vote reaches the X value, where X equals the number of players in the game divided by 3 (rounded up in the event of fractions). Your vote value resets to the original value during the subsequent night phase. It is possible for hammer to occur solely by your X-Vote, if the X-vote's current value is equal to or greater than the hammer requirement. Your X-Vote can only be placed on one player at a time and can increase while it is placed on a player.

You win with your respective alignment. If your alignment is neutral, you win by surviving until MyLo/LyLo or endgame, whichever comes first.

Town Pollster

Once per night, you may choose a player to use your ability on. The target player will be immune from any and all vote-increasing, vote-decreasing, and vote-nullifying abilities for the next day phase, and any such effects already on that player will be suspended for that day phase (but not completely negated).

You may target any player more than once per game, but may not target the same player two nights in a row.

You will be notified of success/failure of your targeting, but not what abilities are already affecting your target. Your target will be notified when your action succeeds (including temporary suspension of preexisting effects if applicable), and also when the temporary suspension is over (if applicable).
