Make a Mafia game where you give everyone a new account (and don't allow them to change the password), give cult recruiter the password of every account he recruits. Send the scum their role PM with buddies to the original account and use code names in the QT. The 'recruited player' is dead (keeps wincon).

The Spymaster
, for this game you will use the avatar [accountname] with password [password]. You want to take control of [setting] by replacing all the major players by your own people.
Win condition: You win when all players alive have this wincon.

Partial one-shot bulletproof, this one probably is pretty bastard in combination with the recruiter (if one of the partners gets killed/replaced).

You only have a 90% chance that your result is correct.
Together with the result of your investigation you will also receive the percentage chance that you would receive this result regardless of who you investigate. In this percentage it is assumed that you might investigate yourself.

Modnote: What it actually
does
accurately do is allow you to calculate how many of the living players would investigate as guilty/not guilty.

@saulres I know, the role PM doesn't state it though, so there'd be people that don't realise it can be used that way + Census doesn't have the interesting 'I have a town investigation but scum read' dilemma.
@Psyche, depends on whether cult members show up as guilty.

It could actually be a very good role if you give the scums something to kill it/make it lose but in a way that they aren't going to do it out of spite.
by the mafia. You are masons with [playername], who is a member of the Mafia, they have your family and can kill them if you go against them. If they do you become a Bulletproof Serial Killer who commits suicide when the last member of the Mafia dies (you can't win, but at least you'll get revenge). As long as your family lives you will get a new mason partner if the previous one dies.
You win when all members of the Mafia are dead, you lose if you are lynched. You are not a threat to the town.
The Mafia gets a copy of this role PM and isn't allowed to NK you.
I'm not sure if this is better, but it gives both sides a clear MAD option to not push each other too far. If he claims, the maf have no choice but to kill the family before the lynch because otherwise he'd know a new scum the next day. If the maf try to push him too far into anti-town territory he'll have no choice but to claim taking at least a scum with him.
Alternate wincon: If at any point there is only one Mafia member remaining you mount a rescue and leave the game with a win, you lose if you are lynched.

If so, get yourself quicklynched lol.
If you're quicklynched you'd get 5 points per day left, which leaves you quite a bit short of 9*days per dayphase. Although you'd at least die with a wincon I guess.
