Maybe. He just used his extra vote to take a shot at the top of Camp Ivanhoe and failed, and is currently being framed up as someone who might have a lot of items. I think the only reason he has a good chance to survive this round is that Fox is also there. If Fox had won immunity, or if Buckley can find a way to protect Fox for one more round? He's toast. He does seem like a player who can recover though if given time.

Maybe this is a bad opinion but I think he needed to get rid of the extra vote at the first opportunity, especially once he realized that everyone knew about it. The vote nearly switched to him specifically to prevent him from playing it in a revote. It's such a situational item, so the play is to do something cool with it asap and then move on. He had the right idea. Would have been nice if it was successful, but I still don't hate his spot longterm.

Duke vaults to the top of the board. He was on the winning side of the big tie vote, is actually pretty well connected, and has a fairly low threat level. Oracle is close behind but is a bigger target and flipped in the last vote.

As best I can tell, Suzy and Gustave find themselves in a very nice spot, but they seem a little more lost game-wise.

I feel Madame D. and Margot are going to have a lot of trouble making it through to the end. More people seem to have knives out for Margot though, and Madame D. has an idol. Richie is in the same boat, except was on the wrong end of the vote with few friends remaining. He retains some value thanks to an idol and a new ring set.

Royal and Herman could be in danger and have lower win equity, especially Herman ib both cases.
