Hey Suzy! I was very glad that we got the chance to work together, even if it was only really for the Margot vote. I also really appreciated it when you did reach out to me and express wanting to go to the end together, even if I was slightly suspicious of your motives at the time.

In regards to Richie, I think he genuinely liked you, but the problem was something that I'll talk about more in my own thread. I think as soon as you changed your vote to Writer on the re-vote at F10, he felt wronged by you. Not enough to vote you out (yet) but enough to leak some of your secrets to me. He told me about a superfans alliance with you, him and Writer (was this true?) and told me that there was an ongoing deal for the two of you to go to the end. When you told him about the You/Duke/Gustave/Herman/Oracle group, he told me.
I think he still wanted to go to the end with you after that, but the Margot vote was the ultimate sin. After that, he had concluded that you were in fact a calculating and manipulative player which I think he used to justify his blindside of you (which I did not know about beforehand).

But yeah, I get it. Richie is a very charismatic player and had a way of making people feel like they were important to him, and probably they were! But if you dared stray from Richie's vision, well... things would not be so rosy after that.

To be continued in my own thread.

I really wanted to make an all-dog F3 happen as soon as our group chat started and filled with literal barking
WHY WAS I NOT A PART OF THIS???

(It's okay <3)

Also to weigh in on the "Margot bringing up Suzy's name" discussion, I am pretty sure that Richie genuinely believed that Margot had suggested voting Suzy out (based on conversations Richie had with me about it), but I think there was an aspect of him interpreting what he wanted to out of things Margot said, rather than it being a true or accurate interpretation.

For example, Richie was messaging me convinced that Margot had suggested voting Suzy out in a group chat of me/Richie/Margot, but I did not see that as an accurate interpretation in the slightest.

Royal, I've probably said this all over the place but your replace-in to Rushmore was such a ray of hope for me!

Also I must confess that I also knew beforehand that you were going to be going away and potentially withdrawing from the game (Richie told me a lot of things). I hope your trip has been/is going great!

Duke! You were seriously such a delight and you and Royal were the two people I wanted to go to the end with, though probably neither of you would have wanted to go to the end with me and that's okay! Clearly the people at the end now didn't want to go to the end with me either. :P

I told him about our plan but did not think he would actually turn the tables from Madame to you? I'm still not super sure what happened there.
I think part of it was that Richie literally could not vote for me.

Also Herman hi! I respected your game a lot even though we were never really on the same side.

You were fantastic and I'm glad that you were also kind of absent for the very first part of the game because it meant I was not the only one! <3

Also you did better with Royal than I did because he never told me about the items!!!

I enjoyed you very much from our brief moments in the game together and I think the situation would have been very different if we had had more time or had started on the same tribe.

Also, I am so sorry to hear that you too were victim to a ring deal with Richie.

Also I’ll be at work for the next while (story of my life this game) and so it might be at least a few hours before I can give you the inside scoop, but yeah my plan is at least to share my observations and thoughts based on that and then we’ll all see what happens at final tribal!

Yeah the idea of a me/Richie/you FTC was frightening to me!! I kind of wish I wasn’t such a scaredy cat because that would have been epic

I am sad to see you join me here :(
I was going to comment in your thread, but may as well just do it here.

Working with you throughout the game was such a joy and particularly during my rocky start on Rushmore it meant so much to me.

I at least felt like I would need to vote you out at some point before the end because of how closely we were associated and my belief was that people perceived me as the “secondary threat” between the two of us. Depending on what I read here I might have been very wrong about that. Maybe I could have taken you to the end after all, but during the F6 round, an opportunity arose where I felt I could form a bond with Suzy and Oracle over voting you out and have that get me through to F4. And honestly I think Richie would have considered voting Suzy over me at F4 if she were there because Richie was very much overestimating Suzy’s chance at winning imo. (Obviously ideally I wanted Richie out at F4)
I also wanted to give myself options outside of Richie’s alliance/vision because I felt a bit trapped into whatever Richie wanted to do each round.

But yeah, I’m really sorry about how that went down Margot. You never did any wrong by me and you didn’t deserve that.

I think that all I needed was for Richie to not win immunity as I’m pretty sure me, Oracle and Gustave were all set to vote him out.

But yeah Richie winning immunity was always going to make it a hard road for me.

I’m going to have a read through the forum and might make some extra comments later, particularly about the Margot vote.

Main thing to say is that you’re all awesome!

Oh and my initial vote leaning is actually Gustave, believe it or not, but I will share everything I know about all their games (particularly Richie’s since I was literally stuck with him) in due course.

1. Suzy was idoled out last Tribal Council.  How did that impact your FTC plans?

Suzy was in a potential endgame plan of mine, but it's hard to know if that would have eventuated, even without the idol play.

2. Is there anything other players may not be thinking of as they vote that you believe they should keep in mind?

I think it's important not to underestimate any one person when it comes to Final Tribal Council. I have seen multiple instances where the absolutely least expected finalist to win ended up taking home the win (especially in a F3).

3. At this point, your Survivor journeys this game have been written, but there's still one vote left.  Do you have more work to do?  Can you still change perceptions on the jury?

While many jurors have an idea of where they are going to vote before FTC, the Final Tribal Council itself is so important in either challenging or confirming jurors' preconceptions. How well you do that makes a massive difference in the end.

4. Which real life Survivor is the best comparison for each of the remaining finalists, in your opinion?

I know that Oracle mentioned Mike Holloway for Richie, but Mike is who I have in mind as well. Not just because of challenge wins and an idol play, but even that polarising charismatic charm that Mike had reminds me a little of Richie.

The others I'm having a little more trouble with, but for Oracle I will pick Todd Herzog. He may have a hard road to win over the jury, but with a good final tribal council performance could certainly do it!

And I never saw his season, but I will pick Fabio Birza for Gustave. May not have always gotten what he wanted, but there's an undeniable charm and likability there!

. After this Tribal Council, the FTC subforum will be opened, and FTC rules will be unveiled.  You will have 24 hours to compose your opening speech, and there will be a 2000 word limit.  What story will you tell?  Is there anything you want to share right now?

If I am at FTC I pledge that my opening speech will be less than 1000 words.
