I'll get to Jane's and Snoopy's q's soon. I feel like I don't know enough about my tribe to answer them yet.
I put some work in bringing Royal Tenenbaum up to speed. I don't feel like I was doing too hot, especially because Foxy listed all her favorite people as the people who I've talked the least with, feel like the conversation is not going anywhere.

Out of the entire tribe, I really have a very small list of people that I'm just outright willing to vote for currently, but that's simply because I haven't talked to them very much. Bottom of the list for me is Francis, Madame, and Rat. Madame and Rat have redeemed themselves slightly by messaging me a little bit more, and Madame outright acknowledged she's likely to go because of it, so like, I'm more inclined to vote with them. I don't really know what Francis is doing, but they haven't really talked to me.
You and Buckly are the other two that I haven't really spent a whole lot of time talking to, which like, I'm hoping to change since my entire plan for this game is to be that one person who everyone likes, and really doesn't wanna vote because I'm the one constantly in contact with others when I got the time.
Klaus, Margot, Max, and Steve I've talked with extensively, and vibe pretty heavily with. All of them are really cool.
Margot got into game discussion pretty quickly, which like, yea, I'm fine with, and like, it does show she's very experienced.
I feel like Foxy is going to be a big player or at least she's playing really hard already. She told me her plan for the game and goals which is like woah slow down. She seems newer so I won't hold it against her, but I don't like the group she's already putting together. Klaus/Max/Steve have been quiet with me and Margot is definitely fun to talk to. So I told Royal my thoughts and said, look just get in good with Foxy. She'll keep you safe and probably lead our first TC. Everyone else is playing low at the moment. I hope he appreciates this bit of info, though he'd probably learn it within an hour spending time with her. Just want to give myself that first in.
so i asked max for his thoughts on tribe dynamics earlier today and this is what i got:

I'm on the foxy bandwagon, I just kind of assumed everybody was. They were super gung ho about PMing straight off the bat and they've been my main information filter as far as votes go. Plus she put in a lot of legwork for this challenge, which is always hard to ignore (thank you, by the way, if we pull this one out it's all you). Checking in individually with people usually yields the name foxy's pushing, lol. Still, it's working so far. I wonder about the Klaus thing, maybe he just fell out of contact? I think there was also suspicion of him working with Rat, him having taken all the items, that stuff. But if there's a majority alliance this is the first I'm hearing of it, as much as I do like Steve and Margot. I think Buckley is pretty squarely in the middle, but I'm having a hard time seeing anything but the middle, but I don't have the birds-eye perspective on this foxy does. I don't know where he falls into everything, but if it's really Foxy&co vs Madame&co he could be an important swing vote. And yeah, Royal and Madame keep getting linked together and I'm not sure why, though I'd say my conversations with Madame have been a fair bit more involved.
which was super helpful. i mean i feel like i knew foxy and madame were a bit at odds with each other since the very beginning, but hearing someone else say it makes it very clear.
margot had also told me that foxy was assembling a majority alliance in the first round probably consisting of max/steve/klaus. im surprised klaus was ousted, but oh well.
so all of this is checking out and i know what side i want to be on. margot and madame. they've made a chat with me and im really happy with that group <3 royal would be the obvious next step. people are linking royal and madame together a LOT so gotta watch out for that. but i think it's possible to get out someone like max or steve this round. i think foxy will self-implode down the line so i want him in as a shield.

I think the current vote in on Madame, simply because people--myself included like Steve. I think Madame or Royal may have suggested Steve and is using it as the counter to Madame. I don't know for certain if that's the case, but I'd expect it.
I don't think there's a majority in this tribe yet. If there was, I'd have absolutely been involved in it, and I would've alerted people of it by now. I think this tribe has been mostly loosely connected. I'm just worried about swap. I think it's easy for us to go out in swap, especially if we get separated, which sucks. :/
