I had a really bad panic attack this weekend, aha. It's ok! I literally couldn't even bring myself to come look until now. We'll, uh.... I'll be okay. Can you tell the tribe I wish them luck as final words?

I can relate since my anxiety manifests in that exact way, an avoidance where it becomes this enormous challenge just to confront whatever thing, even if it’s just a game!
