Also, I'm gonna tack this on to both of you, what kind of jury management did you try to do, or did you not really bother? As a whole, not exactly a bitter jury no, but I think there's definitely a lot of annoyance about certain kinds of treatment. So I want to know if you didn't do much jury management, why not? And even if you did try and maybe it didn't pay off, what were you planning on doing if you did walk into a jury filled with people who were incredibly upset at you about how you handled them and the rounds they went out? I'd like to know for each juror what you you were thinking worst case scenario you were going to have to explain and own and apologize for?

I have a question for both of you: At any point during this game, did you ever try to purposefully do worse in a challenge to manage your threat level on that front? Did you ever sit out for similar reasons?

Hercule, this is something we talked about a little, but I want you to elaborate a little more on how you felt the swaps helped or hurt you. You were with Judy basically the entire game, how did this effect the way you played with her? Additionally, you were part of the tiger idol finders, and it was widely known that you found it first and let Judy keep while the target was on her. Was that a good move on your part or not?

Luci, I don't think there's any particular things I want to ask you about how you used this game to your advantage, because I think that's exactly what you did, you took the hand the game dealt you, and you used it as best as you possibly could and you are here. So, instead, what I will ask you is, is there something about the structure of the game that you used for your benefit that maybe we as the jury don't know about, or something you want to highlight about your play that you don't think we'd ask about and was vital to your journey this game?

Hercule, from my perspective it seems like there wasn't a single vote that happened which didn't benefit what you wanted to do in some way or another, and that's highly commendable, it truly is. But a lot of those votes were also incredibly close, did you have contingency plans if they didn't work? I want you to tell me about the places where you messed up and should have played better. I want you to own your mistakes too.

Luci, so about that vagueness I talked about over in Social, I think you know you have a very rough path here, yeah? A lot of this jury isn't exactly sure what it is that you did in this game and whether you planned for any of what happened or if perhaps you got lucky. You certainly won immunity when you needed it, which you should be incredibly proud of and that is a point in your favour imo. But, I think for those of us who weren't privy to your thoughts and plans, we would really benefit from hearing what sort of plans you had. When friends and allies of yours went home, how did you regroup and continue forward? And please, be as specific as you can. If you want to win, you need to be.

Luci, you made it!!! I'm so proud of you my bestest friend. But, oof, that speech buddy. It's very vague, and I'll address more of it over in the strategy thread, but the part I want to get at here is different. At no point in your opening speech do you name anybody specific with any thing. And I would really like you to go through what sort of connections you had to each of the jurors and what they meant to you. You had to do a lot to get here, and had to do with with people, so tell us about it. What are the social highlights of your path to the end here?

Hercule, mon ami, I have a similar yet different task for you. You did talk a lot about how you connected to people int his merge, but a lot of how you spoke made it sound like you were forced into making certain social decisions, and you distanced yourself from them and glossed over other bits. And that's not good enough for me. You betrayed me super hard and brutally, and while that doesn't mean you have lost my vote because of it, you have a whole lot more justifying of it, and distancing from it won't do you any favours. I don't want you to apologize and wring your hands over how bad a person/player you were for making those moves, I want you to own them. One of your biggest strengths is your social game, no? So I want you to elaborate on how you best used that to your advantage, as well as where you misjudged and messed up. And do it where you talk about people as people, not just people chess. I want to know how you connected to people as themselves and how you played on that front.

@mods: are we limited in the amount of questions/responses we're allowed to have? Also are you going to be strict about where we ask questions? Like do they have to fit whatever overarching category or can we ask whatever we want to ask wherever as long as an attempt to fit the preferred threads is made?

You did play phenomenally and were so incredibly close to the end. You should be proud.

This has absolutely nothing to do with anything game related, but I can't PM you to ask you about this, soo: PENELOPE, DID YOU SEE THE NEW BAUMGARTNER RESTORATION VIDEO TODAY?!?!?!? It's so many wonderful things!!

*shrugs* I don't think it's so cut and dry. Maybe for you it is, and that's your metric for voting, which is fine. But I've seen some amazing games not win because their FTC was trash, and other games that nobody even considered a possibility knock it out of the park. So I suppose it's a difference of opinion on that front, I always wait until closing speeches before I even consider saying whether or not the person who got to choose their FTC partner(s) chose incorrectly or not.

Additionally, Hercule put all of us here, no? Was there a vote he wasn't a part of? While most people might consider that we'd all be salty about it, I don't think we are. But sitting next to the guy who voted correctly except for the first round which was an idol play sounds just as bad as someone who may have had a similar path to you. I can absolutely see rational and correct reasons not to take Hercule. And I don't think either of Luci's choices will be him asking to lose, they will likely be what can he argue against best with the game that he played.

Is he though? I think either path Lucifer takes is a particularly hard one depending on how he sells his game. I can see reasonings for going either way. Also, I don't think us as a whole jury is 100% set on voting for anybody not Lucifer or all in on Rust. FTC can make or break all of them depending on what it is that we ask them and what information we already have. I think it's a little naive to call it now should Luci choose Rust to sit next to him.

Hahaha, no it's okay. In a way, our dumpsterfire interactions are one of the things I'm going to be fondest about in this game. Cuz like, we started out really really well, and then things happened, and then we never really had a chance to recover from that. And never really openly talked about the things which could maybe actually properly repair stuff, cuz it was risky for us both to do so.

I thought I'd have more actual questions for you about stuff, but nah, I don't really. You did really really well for your first game especially being in a different time zone, so kudos.

There's a subforum that says Cold Cases or whatever, and should have a childboard with your name under it. And I think you get to make whatever threads you like there?
